Have run into issues multiple times ordering at this location unfortunately. Twice through Doordash items from our orders have been missing or incorrect and several instances of the wrong order being provided when going through the drive thru. Today I figured I would give them another chance and went inside myself to order. I was the first to order and several people came in after me 10 minutes later. All other orders were completed before mine and I ended up waiting 35 minutes or so for my order after asking the staff multiple times what happened to it. To top it off, they gave me a coffee instead of a hot chocolate and I had to wait yet again for that to be fixed. I doubt the service here will improve and feel sorry for the young staff member who had to fix multiple wrong orders while I was waiting there.

Horrible service everytime I go, it takes 15-20 minutes to get food everytime I go while food items are missed and just recently I sat at the drive through while no one helped me while the other lane was being serviced. The worst location I've ever been to

Everytime you come here, your order will be made wrong. They couldn't make an order right with guns to their heads. Morning, Day, Night, Busy, doesn't matter. You can be the only person there and it will still be wrong. And orders are made wrong on purpose. No onions after 10 pm so they will purposely give them to you that way. Order a sandwich with two burger patties but they don't want to make the other patties? That's right, single patty burgers for you. Better have your own straws when doing delivery because you won't get one here. Complaints do no good because management doesn't care enough to bother addressing concerns. "So sorry your order was wrong, I will make sure my team is making orders correctly moving forward." Just not sorry enough to actually make orders right. The only reason to come to this location is because you're tired of the Yankey Valley location messing up every order from workers not understanding English.
They forgot to give me the rest of my order, it was 2 items. And then when I got home they still gave me the WRONG ITEM. Guys get it together, this is the second time its happened.

Overall very unimpressed, was the middle of the night and they were not busy at all but were in such a hurry they screwed up my order and of course I had no idea until I got clear across the city to my hotel. A huge corporation should be doing alot better than that
