I will never return to this location. Our food sat on the side for over 19 minutes while those who came after were served theirs. When I mentioned this to the server she just walked away. I asked to speak to the manager and they did not have the courtesy to even come to speak with me.
The other locations in Airdrie are sooooo much better!

Seriously went though the drive-thru at 6:40pm for a pumpkin spice latte and it's now 7pm... Why am I waiting 20min for a drink. This mcdonalds has been here for 8 years and they are the exact same as back then. They've never learned or changed or have gotten better with there service. Absolutely rediculous...... I will say the manager on duty handled it like a champ was amazing and apologized. I would definitely stop hiring kids to work at mcdonalds. They made my drink and forgot about it. But huge shout out to the manager on duty you need more people like her.

I'm not really sure why there are such long line ups at this location when they're playing you get what you get. Ordered 2 hamburgers no onions. Simple and pretty common. Got one burger no dressings at all plain dry bun and hamburger patty. The second one only had mustard and ketchup. WTH!!!! Last time we went through this drive through we ordered a Quarterpounder blt only to discover a cheeseburger in the packaging. Do better folks. Do better!

The teenagers that work here do an exceptional job! Even though they look tired some weekend mornings, they still showed up for work. 10/10 they’ve never gotten my order wrong so can’t complain.
