The worst McDonald’s Coopers in Airdrie is this one. If the order isn’t missing, it’s wrong. I went there today around 1 p.m. and they missed my other order. They asked me to drive around instead of fixing it at the window. They parked me at the third window for so long. Even the manager didn’t fix the problem.

This location is close to our home but I don't like going here unless I have no way of getting to another location. It is close to shopping so its convenient. Service is usually good but the orders are 95% wrong or the food is not fresh. Its busy because of where it is, not the food.

Want a coffee as hot as lava? Come here. 20 minutes with the lid open and it’s still impossible to drink this coffee. At this point I’m just gonna leave it on the table and go get some coffee made for humans somewhere else.

Always forget something in your order, without fail. Almost seems purposeful. My son Coke Zero was just water, syrup obviously done. Unfortunately it was a take out order, didn't know until to late.

Worst service ever. Got 2 meals. Told to move up to the second service window. Watched 12 cars go from the 1st service window. Finally got my food and they screwed up my order. Didn't even realize till I got home. Honestly one of the worst run McDonalds I've been to.

Guys I ordered a snack wrap with habanero instead of mayo and crispy chicken. This is what I got. I called the store and they never answered. My husband got chicken nuggets and got a huge long black hair in them. I know it is fast food, but it doesn't have to be THIS bad! Do better pls!

My door dash driver was waiting for 1/2 hr and when they arrived there was no straws in the bags for the drinks .. seems typical for this store .. maybe I need to try a different branch next time

I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Amandeep Kaler. She was super nice from the start. I needed the receipt for my order, and even though she couldn’t find it right away, she really tried for at least a few minutes to help me out.
I left the counter without it, but when I was heading to my car, she actually came outside and called out to me because she had found my receipt. She handed it to me just as I was about to get in my car.
That kind of effort and customer care is rare, and I really appreciate it. Thank you, Amandeep, for going the extra mile!
