I cannot recommend this place at all. Yes it's a McDonald's in a Walmart so I already have low expectations but it hit a low today. Ordered a basic poutine, which took a long time to get. Upon opening it, I didn't see any gravy... That would be due to the gravy being so thin it all went to the bottom, making those fries soft and mushy. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the fries were half cold. I get fast food can be seen as a crappy job, and honestly if you can't serve the public and do your job then either fake it till you make it or don't work in fast food. A simple poutine that tasted cold, chalky, and extremely disgusting. Do not recommend it at all... Oh and the ice cream machine was down... But no surprise there....

If I could give zero stars I would. I would NOT recommend this location. Ordered a 6 pack of nuggets and a chicken burger with fries, my boyfriend also got a chicken burger. The fries were so insanely salty, the chicken burgers were cold and about an hour later the both of us were sick from them. This place needs to be inspected because I’ve seen quite a few reviews from people saying they were sick after eating here. Also to add to this, their self serve kiosks were out of paper and the ice cream machine wasn’t working. Which both seem to be common based on the reviews. Save your money and your stomach and go to a different location.

All the staff were really nice and hard working. The food was good too. But the summer deal of ice-cream and ice coffee were not available. The printers of several self-help machines were not working too. Wish we could enjoy a better summer experience next time.

On March 29th, 2025, I purchased a McDonald's order. Following consumption, I experienced symptoms including nausea, a stomach ache, diarrhea, and disturbed sleep. Despite having placed similar orders on numerous previous occasions without incident, I am disinclined to patronize this establishment in the future due to this unfavorable experience.

Prob the worst McDonalds in Airdrie. Tables and floors are usually dirty, self checkouts never have their paper filled, filled trash cans, the list goes on. The ketchup pump is usually out of order and the drink machine tends to be unclean as well. Fries could be ice cold and stale or hot and fresh, it's a gamble. If you ask for them fresh though, they'll always abide.
Service staff is nice and will apologize if you're waiting for awhile, so I assume the other problems are a lack of management or guidance.

Food took forever. Went to get my drink and the are by the drink machine smells bad so I thought it may just be the garbage but then I spotted the rust and gross ice maker on top with the door open. Not good enough for a restaurant to have any equipment in this condition.
