I have visited many locations across Canada, but this McDonald’s has consistently provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced. My concern is not with the individual employee alone, but with the management responsible for hiring and allowing this level of service to continue.

I have been purchasing coffee from this location for approximately 1.5 years, and none of the other staff have behaved the way this particular employee does. On multiple occasions, I have received coffee that was not prepared correctly—no sugar, not hot, and far from the “double double” I always order. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told to “just add extra sugar,” which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is not an isolated incident; this employee consistently displays the same dismissive attitude. As someone who also works in customer service, I know this behaviour would not be tolerated anywhere else.

Unless this issue is addressed, I will no longer be purchasing coffee from this location whenever she is the one serving. The overall customer experience has declined to a level that makes it impossible to recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

Tonight, Nov.27, I was waiting for my order. Two orders got served before mine (and they ordered after me). I went up to the counter and asked the shorter older female (who has been there for a few years now and is probably the one in charge) just for an update on my order as my break was about to end. She looked at me when I asked her and had the balls to turn her back. She could have just said “yes, I am working on the meal right now”. I was plight when I asked. She did not have to treat me with such disrespect. And when she gave me my order she didn’t even say “sorry for the wait. Have a nice day”. She is in a Customer service job, she needs to treat her customers WAY better then that.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundae’s they were the worst I have ever had. Only 1 blob of fudge that was hard like a rock and tasted like it was burnt. Did they forget to heat it up, or did they burn it? I’m not sure. I can’t believe they served it to us. We Will NEVER eat here again.

The customers make this place unbearable, yall need to learn to use the self serve machines stop standing in line and then getting upset when u dont get your order fast enough, watched a woman literally give her receipt back saying “i cant wait this long” she waited 7 mins for a coffee during dinner rush
like yall need to chill theres like 3 people working i felt so bad for the lady and when yall do dumb shit like that it makes the workers literally panic they panic with orders orders mess up and so fourth. respect your fellow human beings and understand that they dont have enough staff

As previous reviews have mentioned, it’s a Walmart McDonald’s so expectations are low but there are simple standards that can be met with ease by anyone within the age range that gets hired at a “fast” food location. I quote fast due to the fact the employees have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever, I watched today as the associate taking care of the front desk made 4 coffee with minimal ingredients. This task took 5 minutes to put a few creams and sugars into the coffee and put lids on, a task that should take no more than 1 minute or less. Along with that, I ordered a coffee and a hash brown, this took 16 minutes to complete for whatever reason. The hashbrowns were made fresh so obviously that takes a few minutes, but I’ve worked at McDonald’s and I know it doesn’t take 16 minutes to do this. All of this could be forgiven if it was busy as the Walmart McDonald’s usually don’t have more than 3 employees at any given time but it wasn’t busy, they were handling 3 orders at this time 2 of which were just coffee and one a egg mcmuffin and a hash brown (which was ordered 5 minutes after mine and was given to the other customer 2 minutes before ). A simple solution would be hiring some people who actually will have even the slightest bit of urgency, it is a lame job and it’s not fun but it doesn’t take much effort to work at a McDonald’s. This experience isn’t world ending but with the low expectations McDonald’s sets, it would be atleast good if they met those, but everytime I go to this location it’s always way to long, not made correctly, and just disappointing. The staff team needs to be reworked, trained, fired and switched, anything.

I cannot recommend this place at all. Yes it's a McDonald's in a Walmart so I already have low expectations but it hit a low today.
Ordered a basic poutine, which took a long time to get. Upon opening it, I didn't see any gravy... That would be due to the gravy being so thin it all went to the bottom, making those fries soft and mushy. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the fries were half cold. I get fast food can be seen as a crappy job, and honestly if you can't serve the public and do your job then either fake it till you make it or don't work in fast food.
A simple poutine that tasted cold, chalky, and extremely disgusting. Do not recommend it at all...
Oh and the ice cream machine was down... But no surprise there....
