The service is absolutely horrible. We are sitting in an empty restaurant for Ribfest and it’s been nearly an hour with no food. Very disappointing and shocking that it could be this horrible.

We have always loved Montana’s!
Tonight though they did not impress!
When we walked in we were told it would be 20-30 minute wait. We said okay great, we will wait. Another family walks in and we notice they got out on an actual wait list (gave their number) when we weren’t asked for any information. So we went up to the front again and asked why.
