I just ordered the wings I used to love them but I am never ordering them again tastes and looks like there a day old and were microwaved cause theres no way these were fried recently I got the pitmaster off of uber eats the only thing that was good was the ribs guess 55 bucks down the drain

When we visited, the food was extremely disappointing and completely unappetizing. We ordered the fish n’ chips and the Firehouse burger. The fish was burnt, and the tartar sauce tasted like plain mayonnaise. The burger patty was also burnt and very dry, the bun was stale, and there was no sauce at all. We also ordered drinks, and despite the restaurant not being busy, it still took nearly an hour for our food to arrive and half an hour for just drinks. Absolutely ridiculous.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The experience was horrendous. The only positive part was the server, who was very kind — but even that couldn’t make up for how terrible the food and overall experience were.

Food was good, Tristan our waiter was 4 days into training. The wait time was long for food with minimal crowds. We got charge for an extra beer but we're refunded. Ordered extra tortillas sheets but they tray came empty, yes they fixed it.
How's this resturant still in business? Worst resturant experience ever. Food here is stale and taste like frozen meals prepared in a microwave. Save your money go elsewhere.

We celebrated our daughter Sophie’s 11th birthday at Montana’s this evening, and our waitress, Leann, made the night absolutely unforgettable. Her personality is incredible, warm, upbeat, and genuinely caring.
She went above and beyond to make sure Sophie felt special on her big day, adding those thoughtful touches that meant so much to her (and to us!). You could tell she truly loves what she does, and it showed in every moment of our service.

My family had a terrible experience at this location, after we were settled we were completely forgotten, 4 other family came in after and had food before we had drinks ordered. The food was somehow cold when we did get it and they forgot one of the two childrens meals and still got it wrong when them came out with it way after.
Absolutely pathetic, we will never be back to any montanas after this.

Came in tonight for daily dinner with some friends. Was told a 20 minute wait after being put on the list. Waited 45 minutes before going back in and asking how much longer to where I was told 20-30 more minutes. I get restaurants can get busy but the attitude from the girl at the front was not needed. Will definitely not be back.

My family and I had a great time celebrating my lovely wife's birthday. We wanted somewhere that was nice and relaxing. Montana's BBQ & Bar - Airdrie was the perfect spot to visit. The waitress was very friendly and the food was great. Will definitely visit again.
