Terrible experience. We decided to give it a try for a birthday, and it was horrible. One of the worst dinning experiences I've ever had to endure. 1. The restaurant wasn't full but we waited at least 40mins after ordering for our food. 2. Almost all the food was overcooked so badly it was practically inedible. 2.1. The Mac and cheese brisket was so burnt the brisket was literally black pieces of charcoal. The server never should have even brought it out to us. 2.2. The pulled pork sandwich was so overcooked you could barely bite into it. It was hard, dry, no sauce, and tasted disgusting. 2.3. The burger was burnt on the edges and the canadian bacon was burnt on the edges, but barely cooked in the middle. My mom had to take it off the burger to make it somewhat edible. 2.4. The Taster plater was also horribly overcooked and dried out. My dad asked for mild sauce and got hot. 2.5. The chicken burger was the only item that wasn't insanely burnt/wrong, but also dry. 3. Two of the meals were supposed to have corn muffins. One arrived near the end of the meal, the other was after it was finished. 4. A side of mayo was ordered, not brought with the food, and asked for again. It was never brought to the table. Next, we informed our server about the Mac and Cheese being so burnt my son couldn't eat it. This was right after the food was given to us, so we didn't know the other problems yet. The serve took it back to have it remade. 20mins later (and we all discovered the problem with our own dishes) the Mac and cheese was brought out with the exact same problem! I'm not exaggerating about how black and burnt the brisket was. At this point, my son was so hungry he ate the pasta. It was so late that we didnt bother trying to get anything else fixed. The manager came over to speak with us and was unbearably rude. So for my birthday I ate cold fries, everyone else's meal was terrible, was treated rudely, and nothing for the birthday celebration. DO NOT COME HERE.

Delicious food. Clean restaurant. Reserved a table for 5 for my wife's birthday. Requested in the online reservation for them to sing happy birthday, also on Montana's website it states they will give a free dessert for customers birthday. Upon arriving the door greeter asked who's birthday it was and said happy birthday, so she seen I mentioned my wife's birthday in reservations. Our server knew nothing about her birthday and when I mentioned at end of our meal that I had requested they sing her happy birthday on reservation she said they don't get that information from reservations then proceeded to ask my wife if she wanted them to sing happy birthday to her, she of course said no. Not a big deal but I wanted them to surprise her. I also asked about the dessert and server didn't offer anything. Bill was almost $200. Not our servers fault just kinda ruined the evening. Overall we won't be returning

We went there with my family (5 people) including my 7-month-old daughter, the server was very friendly, nice and welcoming. Service was fast and the food was delicious. I love the vibe of this place and can't wait to be back when patio season is back.

Server ruined the experience. Drinks took at least 20 min to finally reach our table. She took our order then had to come back to our table four times to let us know 4 things we ordered weren't available. She didn't bring enough water or katchup when requested and never came back. She got my meal wrong, told me she'd provide what was missing from my plate at no charge when I brought it up, but then charged me. Brought it up when the bill came and she denied saying that, when our entire table heard. Another member was charged for the appetizer they didn't have, on top of the new one they ordered. That got fixed. I should've asked for a manager at that point but we'd been there for SOOO long by that point because of how slow she was and we just needed to get out of there.

What a disappointing evening. We booked our table ahead of time. We booked for 6:30pm. Once seated we were informed that there would be no ribs available to order for 1 hour. 4 of our party had come with the anticipation of enjoying ribs. Nonetheless, we decided to stay. We asked if we could order one of the platters and just have extra brisket and another meat in place of the ribs. The server then said they had just run out of the brisket too! Yikes! 6:30pm on a Saturday evening and you've run out of 2 of the main items that people likely come for. We actually felt quite bad for the server as we overheard him having to explain the ‘situation' to many new diners. We had come with high expectations and left disgruntled. Oh well. We understand that food is a tricky area to plan well for, but we feel that running out of these items on a prime evening for people hoping for ribs or brisket is pretty poor planning. The server did their job, but maybe a member of the management team could have been greeting people as they enter explaining the lack of ribs and brisket before you were seated. I'm also glad it wasn't a meal for a special event.

We came in tonight for our son’s 13th birthday. Was a great evening and our server Savanna was absolutely incredible. Checked up on us frequently, topped our drinks up, made sure my mom’s food allergies were not there to harm her, as well as took care of our son for his bday. Will most definitely come back again soon. To the manager…… be sure to take care of her. It’s people like her that make places like this worth while to come too. Thanks again Savanna.
