The restaurant was not busy but service was extremely slow but lots of staff just waking around doing nothing. Our waiter did not seem to be trained properly and appeared he didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care. The food came out cold, bland, smaller than normal portions and barely edible. Our kids love Montanas, but after we left, they asked and never go there again.

We have been to the Airdrie Montana's several times and the last few times we have been they have always been out of some of the items on the menu. Previously it was baked potatoes and last night it was Blue Moon beer and the 10oz steak. They simply came to the table and said, we are out of 10 oz steaks and you can have a 7 oz or a 12 oz. No offer of a discount on the 12 oz and very much a take it or leave it attitude from the manager. Washroom waste bins were overflowing. We had to wait about 10 minutes despite having a reservation. Food was OK but this location is not well managed.

Awful. Took over an hour to get our food. When it arrived 1 order completely wrong, 4 orders burnt and 2 of them they tried to hide the burn. Service was bad all around, first attempt to get a manager to help we got offered a free appy. After a little candid conversation and and specific request they ended up cutting the bill in half. Not our first bad experience with this specific Montana's. Likely won't be back

This location is always really excellent when it comes to service, everyone is always very polite. When I went with my family for my father in law's birthday party our server, Riley, was personable, fast to bring out meals, and he gave me great drink suggestions. I would recommend!
