Horrible customer service. Tried to order on Uber eats said restaurant cannot fulfill my order. Gave Mr sub a call and the lady on the phone apologized and said she turned on the system and order again. I proceeded to try again two more times with the same error message. Called again a few times with no answer. If you can’t full fill your orders please don’t advertise. Unbelievable!

Customer service is good, but the subs were not to our liking. We ordered the rib and chicken parm sub. The rib sandwich was disappointing. There were very little onions and green peppers on the sub. And, they completely left out the marinara sauce requested on the chicken parm.

I ask for jerk sauce, lady behind the counter goes jerky? I say jerk sauce, she says jerky again. I say it says jerk sauce. Then she says it doesn’t matter and then laughs, other people laugh as well. Then I say “if it doesn’t matter, then why did you correct me twice?” Then she got snappy!! And you have the audacity to ask for tips?! This was my first time ordering from this Mr sub

I tried Mr. Sub recently and had a great experience! The subs were fresh, delicious, and made just the way I like. The staff was really friendly and quick, and the place was clean and welcoming.
I tried the Mr Beef here and it was amazing. Love the taste and A jus given on side. fab. They just do it very perfectly. And when you ask for more toppings they will really do good with a smile. My new go to place.

Pretty sure the lady making the fiery jerk chicken sandwich had no idea what was in it. Bread and chicken then asked what u wanted on it. I pointed to the picture on the screen and she said I could choose the toppings. So had to guess what was on it myself. So basically had a plain chicken sandwich with pineapple and hot peppers and chipotle mayo. Wasn’t good. I’m not sure if the photos are actual sandwiches or idea for you to build one.

There is a wonderful woman that works here that constantly goes above and beyond. My man went in to get us a sub tonight and she found out I wasn’t feeling well. It’s little things like this that mean so much. Every time we come in she treats us more like family than customers. The customer service here goes above and beyond. I honestly can’t say enough good things! Thanks for all you do for the community
