Terrible experience- skinny indian woman with glasses has a terrible attitude. This was at 6:10pm. I had to literally repeat my order 5 times to her. All I ordered was a regular chicken burrito combo with a jarrito side of chips with mild salsa, pico and sour cream on the side. Super simple order. I had to ask her to put everything in a bag even after despite telling her that it was to go. She was literally handing me 3 sides a burrito chips and a drink expecting me to hold everything..
I asked her to keep my burrito on longer so it's hot and it was of course cold. Negative experience

Wasn't open full hour after opening time on the website and door. Had to go elsewhere.

Had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was quite rude, especially the slim, short girl with glasses. I asked to have lettuce added to my bowl right after it when the lid was closed, and she bluntly responded that she couldn’t do it because the box was already closed even though it was clearly still in front of her and could have been easily reopened.

To make things worse, she tried to charge me extra for guac, which I never ordered in the first place. When I pointed it out, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.

Customer service like this is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location. Definitely the worst service I’ve experienced at a Mucho Burrito.

I was here to buy meal and Very Very Disappointed with behaviour of Staff a slim short Indian Girl with glasses , she was very Rude when i ask for have bowl and they do not have , she refuse to Serve and Told GET OUT , seriously such a bad Behaviour to talk to person , Never ever ever will come to this store again

Super clean, super fresh & super nice staff.

I visited Moncho Burrito recently and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered regular fries, but the staff insisted I had ordered something else, which led to an unnecessary argument. Eventually, they gave me what I asked for, but the service was already off-putting due to how rude the staff was.

When I got home and opened my food, I was shocked at how small the portion was. It was way below what you would expect for a regular order. honestly, not worth the price at all. Between the poor customer service and the underwhelming portion size, I left feeling extremely disappointed. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes you want to return.

Worst Burrito ever, as someone who is going to Mucho Burrito for over 10 years this was a very negative and disappointing experience. They charge extra $1.25 for salsa on the side which no other location does. This location is just greedy. When I told the cashier NEHA that I never got charged extra for the salsa she started showing me attitude. I said everything calmly and with a smile, didn’t raise my voice or anything but still got harassed by the employee by the way they were showing me attitude. Then I asked them to put my burrito for extra 10 seconds in the grill and she kept it for so long that it got burnt. When told her it is burnt she rolled her eyes and kind of rudely said you asked me to put in for extra time but I only asked for 10 seconds not minutes. Then she did make a new burrito but with so much arrogance and attitude. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Please don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to deal with people. Also while wearing gloves she proceeded to clean the shelves and I have to ask to her to change the gloves. How can you clean the shelves while making food and use the same gloves. That was unprofessional and break food safety codes

This was, without a doubt, the worst plate of nachos I’ve ever had. The moment I opened the box, I knew it was going to be bad. The chips were completely drenched—soft, limp, and falling apart under the weight of the toppings. It was more of a soggy mess than actual nachos. The cheese was congealed and cold, clumping together in a greasy, unappetizing layer instead of being melted and gooey like it should be.

The toppings were just carelessly dumped on top. The black beans were hard and chalky, the corn tasted like it came straight from a can with no seasoning or effort to make it flavorful, and the tomatoes were mushy and watery, adding to the overall mess. The sour cream was unevenly distributed, with some bites completely dry and others drowning in it. Every bite was a disappointment—no crunch, no balance of flavors, just a bland, sloppy pile of ingredients that didn’t even taste fresh.

It genuinely felt like someone threw this together in a rush without any care. For the price, this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t order this again if it was free.
