I had a wonderful experience at Noodle Box today! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Karanpreet Singh always prepares everything exactly the way I like it, and the food is always extremely tasty. His service is consistently excellent — he is friendly, polite, and makes sure everything is perfect every time. I truly appreciate the effort he puts into both the food and the customer experience. Ordered a ginger beef box and teryiaki, Ginger beef was burnt and had no sauce at all, called back to have a credit for 7 days or so she said only 3 and we can't refund. Any register can refund or give you the cash back and then said I had to email proof back, when I wasn't there watching the person eat it or anything.

This place never disappoints! The customer service is always consistent and genuinely friendly, you can tell the staff truly care about their guests. The food is absolutely amazing every single time, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I actually drive across town just to eat here because I crave it! It’s one of those rare spots that gets everything right...great food, warm atmosphere, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I ordered these items; the Black Bean Garlic Box, the Spicy Peanut Noodle Box, the Burmese Naan, and the Bombay Cheese Balls. We both got stomach aches at the exact same time. Coincidence? I’ll let YOU decide. The Black Bean Garlic Box I ordered was decent, you get that? Decent. A 6.4 out of 10. My girlfriend rates it a 6.18/10. The Spicy Peanut Noodle Box in MY opinion, a good 6.8/10. Girlfriend rated it a 7.389/10. The Bombay Cheese Balls alright. In Noodlebox’s defense we ate them kind of cold. But honestly, it’s about what you expect. I give it a 6.6/10. Girlfriend? 7.96/10. Lastly the Burmese Naan. We accidentally poured the curry sauce into our meals instead of eating it with the Naan. So the Naan was pretty plain. 5.0/10 Girlfriend? 4.13/10. Overall I would’ve been happy with it if we both didn’t get a stomach ache, and to be honest with you, I’m still gunna eat it because it was $47.41. Tread lightly.

Not like it used to be Both had the spicy peanut sauce. It didn't have any peanut tasted more like curry. No peanuts or lime on top.paid fir extra chicken but a very small portion and not very good Not much noodles looks to be a box since the last time we were there about a year ago I wouldn't recommend it anymore
Honestly some of the best service ive ever had. Karan and Rohan were super patient in helping me when I intended to place and order for pickup and accidentally ordered delivery. I was in the store and UBER would not help me and wanted to continue to charge me courier tip and delivery charge.
They were kind and helped me through it so I wasn’t over charged by uber.
Thank you guys. THAT is what customer service is supposed to look like.
