I’m writing to express my disappointment with a repeated issue at your Panago Midtown location. I have ordered the 2 Medium Pizza and Garlic Bread Combo several times, and every time the store says they are out of garlic bread. When I call customer service, I’m told the deal can’t be provided without the garlic bread, and that I can’t even get the pizzas at the combo price.
At this point, it feels like this location doesn’t actually want to offer the deal that Panago advertises, possibly because they’re losing money on it. If the garlic bread is unavailable, customers should still be able to receive the pizzas at the combo price — or the deal should be removed from the website and app to avoid misleading customers.
What made this experience worse was the customer service response. The representative told me to “do whatever you want,” which came across as rude and unprofessional.
I’ve always enjoyed Panago’s food, but this ongoing issue at the Midtown store and the lack of proper support have been very disappointing. Please look into this matter and ensure that advertised deals are honored or clearly updated when unavailable.

had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered a $37 deal that included 2 pizzas and garlic bread, but they were out of stock on some items. Instead of offering a replacement or honoring the deal price, they tried to charge me more because they were out of stock!
When I called customer service, they were extremely rude — the agent literally said, “That’s your problem, we can’t help,” and hung up on me.
This is completely unprofessional. If you advertise a deal, you should either honor it or offer an equal substitute, not charge customers extra because of your mistake. I’ll never order from here again.

I don’t know what changed, but Panago has been really good lately. I ordered Monday night and honestly, it was perfect — super fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it. The flavors just hit right. This was the first time it felt that good, and I was seriously impressed. Definitely ordering again soon. Keep it up guys

The crust was perfectly baked, the veggies were fresh, and everything tasted just right. Clean location and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We used to order here all the time, but a few months ago, it really went downhill. Every pizza we ordered was very over cooked and dry, arguably burnt. They were happy to replace it when we contacted them, but the replacement was also burnt. We have since started ordering from the main street location and all orders have been great.
