I was so disappointed with the quality of the pizza and wings I ordered during my recent visit. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and received what felt like 98% pineapple and barely any ham. The cheese was noticeably lacking, and the crust was slightly overcooked. I also ordered the honey garlic wings but was given plain, unsalted ones instead. Mostly flats with broken bones were given to me. Customer service was below average. No eye contact or smile or greeting. Just asked me what I came in for and I f I wanted to purchase dip. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management, but the food and service are nothing like what I experienced 6 months to a year ago. Unfortunately, if this is the new standard, I’d rather take my business another local spot that’s not stingy with their cheese and meat and has kinder customer service and polite staff.

As a Airdrie resident for 24 years I always try to support local but this Panago is horrible! It used to be a good place to get pizza from but my experience with them tonight will be my last. I emailed to complain about my cold, dry tasteless pizza that I got from them a couple of weeks ago. H/O gave me a credit and when I went to use my credit, the lady who handed me my pizza complained and got mad at me for complaining to H/O. I was so scared and shocked that a business would treat their customers like this. Since when was it ok to intimidate and shame a customer for expressing their opinion about their product? I have deleted my Panago account and will never support this brand again.
Reading these previous reviews gives me comfort knowing that it’s just not me who received this special treatment from this establishment!

We decided to try Papa Murphy,s pizza tonight. For the good, the crust and toppings were crisp, the wings were perfectly cooked. The pizza (in my opinion) didn't have nearly enough sauce. The wings also didn't have enough sauce, we got 2 different flavors and they both basically tasted plain, $1.30 per wing on a bogo event is absurd! So we wont be trying that again. Also we found artichoke husks on the pizza. I feel like this place is worth trying again because the things we didn't like could have been someone just having a bad night.

Well, let me tell you about this amazing pizza place I tried. The pizza was out of this world! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were so flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I had a great time enjoying our delicious pizza and chatting away. It was definitely a memorable experience!

Person who served was absolutely disinterested to be there, no greeting or thank you. I ordered Chipotle Chicken and it was the most flavour less pizza i ever had. I love panago, usually get it from the midtown location and which never disappoints. Wings were hot and spicy flavour which looked like they came from a malnourished chicken.Thanks for spoiling my friday night.
