Every time I visited there to pick an uber or skip delivery order they said minimum wait of 15-20 minutes reason is they are always busy in preparing their personal orders and we have no other option to wait for half an hour. I think that they should improve their service quality and should work on first come first go basis.

Today I order pizza by calling and when I go there the guy was very rude and like he says you don’t order anything, today the second day-he did to me ,he is Indian-but the other working over there Indian very nice people, I always order from this store but I can’t explaining what he did today.

The food is great, we order online all the time. The people that make the food are friendly and helpful. I got my boyfriend addicted to buffalo chicken poppers with blue cheese dip. Prior to now he'd never tried it but is obsessed with the combo.

I got the bbq chicken pizza and they put a tomato base on it regardless of the app saying it came with a bbq base, the butter chicken sauce tastes like just franks red hot. I won’t be eating the butter chicken and the tomato sauce always upsets my tummy

This place gave me food poisoning recently. And I sincerely hope it permanently closes. I also am immunocompromised and it almost killed me. I wish I could sue. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I requested to ring the doorbell twice and to knock on the door twice (not rocket science) the website "papatrack" DOES NEVER UPDATE, and the pizza was left outside a long time ago but nobody had any idea about it.

I couldn't believe that you can only have stuffed crust on large pizzas . And I could only purchase the new cheesy burger pizza as a large . Too expensive and thus was my very first time having papa Johns pizza and sadly will be the last

We have ordered from the Sierra Springs location for several years now and we have never been disappointed. Just recently we ordered carry out by accident and when we called to check our mistake, they willingly offered to have our pizza delivered to our home. We appreciated that so much.
