I understand that it might be a little busier tonight, so I waited an additional 20 minutes before calling to see where my order was. I was informed that I should just wait longer for my order! When it arrived, it was cold and not the most enjoyable. I've been a regular customer for a while now, but I think it's time to find another pizza joint!

I’m visiting from another province and ordered Papa John’s for pick-up for the first and wow, I'm impressed! The staff were friendly and efficient, my order was ready exactly on time, and everything was packaged perfectly. The pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious with generous toppings and great flavor. For a first visit, I was blown away by the excellent service and quality. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

I’ve visited this store numerous times for their pizza, and I can confidently say that the customer service is outstanding every time. I’ve never had any complaints about their service or food. When I order delivery, it’s always punctual, and the pizza arrives fresh at my door. Kudos to the management and staff for their excellent work. You are truly the best in town. Keep it up.

As much as your pizza taste good and fast…. I was very frustrated that upon pick up (ordered on line) we told that if I would have ordered it slightly differently, I would have saved almost 40%. When I asked if that could be fixed this time I was told no, but I could get it next time. My order did fit the criteria that he said I should’ve done but he wouldn’t honor the deal. I hadn’t paid for it online and had simply selected pay by cash at the store… So I don’t understand why the deal couldn’t have been honored… Instead of walking away I simply paid the bill but I don’t think we will use Papa John’s again, especially when there are many other pizza places to go in Airdrie!
