As much as your pizza taste good and fastā¦. I was very frustrated that upon pick up (ordered on line) we told that if I would have ordered it slightly differently, I would have saved almost 40%. When I asked if that could be fixed this time I was told no, but I could get it next time. My order did fit the criteria that he said I shouldāve done but he wouldnāt honor the deal. I hadnāt paid for it online and had simply selected pay by cash at the storeā¦ So I donāt understand why the deal couldnāt have been honoredā¦ Instead of walking away I simply paid the bill but I donāt think we will use Papa Johnās again, especially when there are many other pizza places to go in Airdrie!

Papas is my go-to. But had to send a shoutout to the lovely person who served me tonight. She was busyā¦ maintained the phones, customers and all with a smile!! Very well done, pizza was amazing! And she deserves a raise!!

Every time I visited there to pick an uber or skip delivery order they said minimum wait of 15-20 minutes reason is they are always busy in preparing their personal orders and we have no other option to wait for half an hour. I think that they should improve their service quality and should work on first come first go basis.

Today I order pizza by calling and when I go there the guy was very rude and like he says you donāt order anything, today the second day-he did to me ,he is Indian-but the other working over there Indian very nice people, I always order from this store but I canāt explaining what he did today.

The food is great, we order online all the time. The people that make the food are friendly and helpful. I got my boyfriend addicted to buffalo chicken poppers with blue cheese dip. Prior to now he'd never tried it but is obsessed with the combo.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free crust, as well.
