The staff, including servers like Kim and Janet, provide excellent service, striking a balance between attentiveness and respect for serious conversations. The Calamari is a highlight, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. However, food delivery can sometimes take a while, and the booth seats may not be as comfortable as the tables in the middle of the restaurant.
