Very good pita meal - always love a healthy meal at Pita Pit!

I would give 0 starts if I could! This is the worst pita pit I have ever been to. Me and my daughter love going and usually have a great experience at other locations but not here. First, my daughter ordered a smoothie and the guy said “they were out”, even though I’m pretty sure he just didn’t want to make it. Then when he went to pull out the pita bread he didn’t ask white or whole wheat. I said, can I get mine on whole wheat please. He lied and said they don’t carry whole wheat for snack size (which is a lie because I get this at every location). Then me and my daughter asked for cheese and I see him reaching for what looked like feta. I said, can we get cheddar please and he looked at me and said we are out??? How can you be “out of everything”. I assume it was too close to closing time to shred more. Will never go back. Do better for your customers.

today we decided to use uber eats to order some late lunch ( 4 regular pitas ) i was very disappointed to see that we spent $50 to receive our food with A) absolutely ZERO sauce ( maybe one tiny squirt of mustard at bottom of mine) and if we were lucky 3 tiny chunks of chicken in each wrap. we ordered 3 sauces each for our wraps btw. hoping to be refunded by uber but who knows at this point. super frustrated.

Extremely Disappointed & Disturbed by Food Handling Practices!
I had one of the WORST experiences ever at Pita Pit – 108 Edmonton Trail NE, Airdrie. As a vegetarian, I always appreciate Pita Pit because they normally maintain a separate section for grilling vegetarian items. But what happened today was absolutely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I ordered a falafel pita with black bean patty and requested my veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms) to be grilled. The moment the staff member put the veggies on the grill where meat is cooked, I politely asked him to switch sides because my order was vegetarian. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told “our whole grill is meat grill, I can’t grill it separately.” Fine. I even agreed to microwave the veggies instead. But what he did next absolutely shocked me: He threw water on the same meat grill and wiped it as if that magically makes it “vegetarian-safe.” He then picked up the veggies he had already left on the meat grill, added falafel to the same spot, and tried putting all of that into my pita. When I stopped him and asked about washing the cutter and spatula to avoid cross-contamination, he casually said, “We don’t go every time to wash separate things here.” No apology. No care. No understanding. I ended up asking him to ONLY give me the black bean patty, and he literally threw the rest of the food away without a single word. What kind of attitude is this? What kind of training is this? And what kind of food-safety standard is this? To top it off, I had tipped 10% BEFORE any of this even happened — and this is the quality of service I got? This experience was pathetic, careless, and completely disrespectful toward customers with dietary preferences or restrictions. If a vegetarian cannot trust that their food will be handled properly, then what exactly is the point of offering vegetarian options? I’m extremely disappointed, and I truly hope management takes this seriously because this location desperately needs proper food-handling training and customer-service standards.

I’d give it a 3 star. It was Pretty fast, but the meat (chicken) had pieces of fat and gristle in it. I’d say every 3rd bite.

My wife and I went there for lunch and got the steak pita then left to eat and my wife had no meat on hers and I had lots but it was wrong I had chicken. Instead of steak not happy with that come on pita pit make it right when we tell you what we want
It's good but pita pit is starting to lose locations so obviously it's not as enjoyable as when I was younger but still greatfood

If I could give this place zero stars, or negative stars, I would. They consistently mess up orders, both in-house and through delivery. I’ve never once received a pita made the way I asked for, and the last time I ordered, not only was the pita completely wrong, but the $5 drink I paid for was missing entirely. This place is a disorganized mess. They clearly don’t care about accuracy, customer service, or delivering what people actually pay for. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. You’re better off lighting your money on fire than spending it here.

Don't place an order for delivery, especially in the evening. They accepted and prepared my order. When the driver went there to pick up the order, the shop was closed even before 40 minutes from the time listed on the Pita Pit website and maps. The phone number on Maps is not reachable, and they never picked the phone number listed on the website. Previously, they messed up with my order by sending me the wrong items.
Will recommend picking up the order instead or avoid them.

Yikes. I Haven’t had Pita Pit in a long time and decided to order it for dinner through Uber Eats tonight. Terrible decision. They messed up the entire order. they sent me a smoothie instead of a frozen yogurt, different chips than I asked for and the chicken Caesar pita was dry, bland and flavourless. Pita Pit has gone downhill.
