First time visiting a Pizza Hut (always good quality food) in Calgary and I can say they had amazing service! I was quite indecisive and the workers there were very accommodating and offered honest suggestions :)
The pizza was really delicious, and the daily deals are great value for money. The staff were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. My order was prepared and delivered in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Overall, a positive experience!
We ordered from this Pizza Hut tonight. When we got home with the pick up, we realized that in one pizza box, there were breadsticks instead of the pizza that we ordered. When we called, we were apologized to, and they told us that they were going to deliver the pizza and we could keep the breadsticks. They just dropped off the pizza, an extra pizza, and a 2L of pop. We often have errors with our dinner orders from other restaurants, but never have we received customer service...
