I drove 30 mins to come here as it says they open at 10, but to my surprise when I got here at 10:15 they were still closed. This is ridiculous like just change your opening time, do not waste peoples time.

Food was just ok, I asked for it to be toasted a little extra and they didn't seem to care and just shrugged.Was still a decent sub, just wished it had been toasted longer.

I ordered a sandwich on skip that was missing half the toppings. So I ended up with meat, tomatoes and lettuce. Disappointed

Friendly staff with good management of the food services. I have been here many times during lunch hours, and while it may get busy sometimes, it is to be expected with any sort of fast food location. In terms of food quality, the meat was very fresh, and the portions quite nice, enough to make you full with a standard 9'' or 12'' sub.

Only one staff member working who could not navigate orders, three customers in a row ended up with incorrect items making service even slower. On top the pay machine is not working so total price is manually calculated and ended up being overcharged.

They don’t ask for any vegetables or sauce to put on.. very cheap.. they just wrap it and if you ask for vegetables add ons. They don’t like it

Very slow service. One lady working there. They need to hire more staff. Every time I come in there’s always a decent wait with people inevitably leaving because it takes forever to get to the front of the line. I think the owners want to keep their overheads down so they are managing everything themselves (unfortunately efficiency has suffered). I took two bites of the sub and there was no redeeming quality at all so I threw it out.

very poor sandwich skills. The last didn't even toast it. You can't call to complain because the phone is disconnected. I contacted corporate office through email and they clearly don't care because they didn't respond and the phone is still disconnected.

Under new management and it’s quiet and slow because of covid but still locally owned and the owners support the community! Definitely stop by and give it a try!

Extremely Rude staff member didn’t catch his name but he was Extremely Rude to me and my mom when we were ordering our food. I recommend just saving your money an just going to Mr.Sub or Subway if you want a delicious sub and friendly/amazing service. Extreme waste of time getting TERRIBLE SERVICE here.
