Ordered 2 pizzas and only received one. I called them and they weren’t helpful at all. I told them I was dissatisfied and they’d lose a customer and his response was “that’s fine” Absolutely horrible customer service.

I ordered a large pizza last night for pick-up and it was cold , I barely drove 5 minutes to reach my house and opened it to eat , it was totally cold and seems not fresh or may be made so earlier for someone I don’t know.I even arrived on designed time for pick-up . I had to throw all and ordered from different place. I can say taste was not bad but can’t eat it . Very bad experience and Never coming back..

I had pizza at Red Swan in Airdrie, and it was absolutely amazing! 😋 The taste was delicious — perfectly cooked with great flavor and freshness. I tried pizza made by Umang and Harshil, and both make amazing pizza! Great service and consistently delicious food. Highly recommend Red Swan Airdrie for pizza lovers! 🍕

Filthy nothing has been cleaned in the waiting area, windows, door, tap machine etc. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like?

Food was good generally, except the taste of onions in pizza, probably due to increased quantity. Other pizzas were good.
Bought a personal pizza 2 toppings for $5.00 with a peice of cake came $11 and change. Cannot go wrong. I have never had Red Swan so had no opinions going in. I like the pizza. The sauce is great it does have something different it is sweet (not too sweet) and flavorful. I am impressed I would buy again.

This pizza is best eaten right away. The donair pizza was very good. The sesame seed on the crust was good as it made it a bit more crispy. They could lighten up on the sauce a little bit. Value for money is good. This is a pure take out or delivery spot.
