Rice for King- Airdrie

We always love dining here. Mt daughter and I have Celiac and they take especially great care of us. Whether it’s dining in or take out. Not to mention delicious! Highly recommend.

Honestly one of my go to spots for viet food in the calgary area. Love the airdrie location, have been going there for years and will continue to. Food always tastes fresh and portions are generous. Awesome staff as well, super kind. Would highly recomend

I have never written a rude review, but there is a first for everything. REALLY not impressed. My husband and I drove here because it says they’re open until 10pm on Friday. We arrived at 9:17 and the lady who came to the door refused to take us because they “need time to clean up.” Maybe don’t say you’re open until 10 then?? The server who said it was extremely rude, immediately turned her back on us, and walked away from us right after she said it, not even giving us the time of day. Vietnamese is my favourite food and my husband and I go out for it multiple times a week and frequently go with our friends, but we will never go here again.

I love this place so much, I usually order delivery but actually stopped in for pickup yesterday and the restaurant is beautifully decorated! I will absolutely dine in sometime soon! I got the sate beef bahn mi, fried wantons and dumplings and everything was so good I’m tempted to order the same thing again today!

I've lived in Airdrie for about 3 years. I've tried every single Vietnamese ( Pho) restaurant here. There's about a dozen. They all are inconsistent and are piss me off most off the time with low quality chewy beef and chicken. NOT at Rice for King! I've never once had a bad meal from Steven and his family run buisness. The best of the best Pho, especially the peanut beef sate. The stir-fry is amazing and they even went above and beyond to cook plain chicken and rice for my dog that needed it after her surgery. Oh!, and when my little daughter gets sick, they make her chicken noodle soup that i believe the broth makes her better the very next day. These are REAL people, making REAL food. DON'T waste your money else where. It's incomparable to RICE FOR KING 🤴 👌

Deadly spot, the Banh Mi is so fresh. The bread is toasty but still soft. I dont know how they do it . 10/10 , bring your friends

I came here cause I was hungry for rice. So, I ordered something vegetarian because most of their menus contain pork. I recommend that they add more beef or chicken to the menu so that people who can't eat pork can still come here to eat. However, the tofu tasted delicious, and I was satisfied and full. Thank you!

This is my new favorite place ❤️❤️ recently I got the curry chicken soup. It was absolutely fabulous. Great favor. I’ve also gotten the vermicelli with beef, shrimp and chicken…… I can’t ever finish it, but it makes for great left overs too.

Absolutely love this Vitemense Restaurant – Rice for King truly lives up to the name! The food was absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and full of flavor. We ordered the vermicelli bowl and the chicken sate noodle soup, and both dishes were beyond delicious — rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented.

The service was just as impressive. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and incredibly humble when we complimented the food. It’s nice to experience that level of warmth and care in service, and it really made our meal even more enjoyable.

This was our second visit and definitely won’t be our last. So happy to have found a place where the food and service are consistently amazing. Highly recommend!
