Amazing place to call our second home. Great owners and a great sport for the little ones.

We unfortunately didn’t have the best experience here. My sister and I live a ways away from one another and decided to meet with our kids in the middle (being Airdrie). We called to book 2 lanes for an hour. The lady on the phone was nice and we were able to get the booking. We arrived 15 minutes early for our booking, got our shoes and waited for our start time. They were very busy and we ended up having to wait quite a while after our booking time to start. (This was fine too, we understand busy). The part that shocked me was that our screens still turned off at the original end time. I went to inform the staff that we were unable to bowl for our full hour as our screens had stopped on us. In which we got a response from an employee that we “showed up late so that’s the time we got”. I corrected him and told him we were actually early and they left us to wait as they had birthday parties finishing. Another employee stepped in and said we would only be charged for the time we bowled but they wouldn’t give us our hour because they were “too busy”. I left feeling super frustrated. We BOOKED an hour, we both travelled over 40 mins different ways with 6 kids to bowl and happily support this business. We should have been given our full booked hour as it was not our fault we had to wait to start. Had they mentioned before they started our time that we wouldn’t have the option for a full hour anymore because they were too busy, we would have happily left and found something else to do. Also a heads up. If you’re over 6 you cannot bowl with gutter stoppers up. Obviously a policy and this didn’t affect my scoring but our 8 year olds would have loved to have them up and it was a firm no.

The environment was meh and overall have just had better experiences for the price we paid. I wouldn’t go back.

Lots of fun for the whole family. Kinda pricey though for a lane

Lots of fun, nice lanes.
I still suck at bowling but it was an enjoyable time.

The place was certainly nice enough. The cost really shocked me, however. $63.00 for my 10 yr old grandson and myself for one hour. I actually had to ask the gal at the til to repeat it a couple times as I thought I was hearing it wrong. Ive been bowling a couple times elsewhere this summer and it cost less than half that much for me and my other grandson. Also my grandson (very inexperienced) would have very much liked to have had the bumpers up, but apparently there's an age limit of 6 and under for that, which made no sense to me.

Just want to give a shout out to Alex! His customer service was EXCELLENT! Thanks for that! Also the Mrs PAC Man machine was fun to see and play!

I would strongly suggest going to Calgary to go bowling. The environment is not upbeat and well the customer service was not the best. I'll leave it at that. I would probably go to Glitch instead or the Genesis centre for entertainment if you don't want to go to Calgary

Very safe and fun place. We used the space for my son's birthday .

Debby and the rest of the staff are always so kind! Awesome nostalgic place, great for events of every kind. My girlfriend and I make it a goal to go weekly, 10/10 recommend.

Meh. Way too overpriced. A family of four will pay about 50 dollars a game. And the employees were about as uninterested as can be to answer questions or really help with anything. Stale and old. Not a great value for your money.

Glow bowling for a birthday was a great hit, very busy and loud when we went, but what's do you expect for a weekend

Nice, clean, friendly place. If you have mobility issues, it is not for you. It is under the plaza, basicly in the basement. I did not see any elevators, just steep stairs.

15 of us played there, and all had a good time from 3 years old to 70 years old. We will do this again some at sometime in the future!!
