Got Samosa from this place and not up to standard. It’s not hot and microwaved samosa doesn’t taste good.

Shawarma Palace and Pita Basket have the best shawarma in Airdrie. No contest.
Service could use work though. Hard to get a cup of garlic sauce here, or get anything on the side.

This place has an ad that says “best shawarma of Calgary in 2019,2020,2021”. What happened after 2021? Seems like some dudes who know nothing about Middle eastern food took over the restaurant.

They fry shawarma meat in Sunflower oil. Who does that? When I asked hummus, the guy tried to sell me some leftover refrigerated Hummus. I had to ask 3 times for the fresh ones. I don’t think they taste the beef coz it didn’t taste good.

The hummus tastes sweet. The beef wasn’t juicy because it was pan fried. Also it’s not the high quality beef. I think the owner is cutting corners to make some extra profit. I don’t trust this place.

Ordered from DoorDash I normally order from falconRidge Calgary location. I was very disappointed when I received my order as it was almost half of what I normally get. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, he was very rude and said it was up to the person who was grilling the food to put the proper amount on there. When I explained normally that I order at falcon Ridge and the portion was much larger he said that’s because they’re busy and they can give more. I explained that was not acceptable considering I was paying the same amount for the food at both locations. The manager was extremely rude and did not try to Solve my issue or apologize. He was extremely passive aggressive. I will not be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed considering I spent almost $150 on my order

Vegetables no fresh, to much rice whit a little bit of chicken in my plate. Chicken cooked the day before. Too much expensive for what it is. Service...ordinary.

Used to come here all the time, but has gone down hill as it has switched hands/management too many times.

Tonight, there was 6 staff that all seemed to be horribly confused as to what they were doing…it took forever.

But big problem is my “large” wrap was 1/2 the size that it used to be…to the point my wife actually asked if it was a large and they said yes.

Last 2 experiences here have been disappointing…there won’t be a third.

Ordered online. Order tracking said should be ready by 8:11-8:21. Arrived at the restaurant by 8:00, so went to wait patiently, instead of bothering the staff, and waited for online tracking to tell me when my order was ready. The whole time I was there the tracking said in progress. By 8:21 I decided to go up and ask. Apparently my order was ready and had been placed on their back table, I don’t know for how long. I don’t know if the staff is not updating the order as complete, or the online tracking software is not reliable, but it’s definitely a very disappointing service. Especially, since the prices are more expensive using the online ordering service. To top it off, the food was cold when we ate it, so it must have been sitting there the whole time I was there and waiting. At 9:00 I got a text that my order is ready now for pickup. 😂

The Sizes recently are so inconsistent. I ordered a large and it was not large. The guy who orders a medium ahead did me got the same size.The guy working the flat top was unpleasant. Get it together.

Stopped here instead of McDonald’s for a healthier option and was greeted by a friendly gentleman, had a lovely chat while he prepped my order, I was not prepared for how delicious those potatoes were going to be, wow!! THANK YOU

Discusting shawarma eat today from Airdrie Shawarma Palace. So greasy and oily and vegetables was not very fresh and potatoes were burn to death and the new lady was extremely cheap when she was making my plator. Also indian bro was very cheap when putting the meat on the top. I will not recommend any shawarma lover to go this disgusting place. Please stay away and please warn others as well.

You are charging 20 dollars for the plator at least give us fresh and quality food.
