I ordered a beef and lamb Shawarma with Uber eats January 23rd. The wrap fell appart, the meats were tiny and super tough I could not eat it. Next day I was sick for a few days. I’ve ordered twice before and it was delicious. What happened Friday. Uber eats basically said whatever.

I see they have promotion Buy one get one free, but when I order, they charged me for two When I cancel it a minute later, it says canceled, but they still charged me I called the store to get my food or even the money back, but they said we can’t

Location has bumped up prices. Drastically. They want to charge you a $1 for extra pickle and $1 for asking to put your sauce in container. VERY CHEAP and negative customer service experience.
