Staying nearby and had to grab fuel, saw sign across street for wings special. Thought to myself, was going to drive across town for wings at CBH but thought why not try these. Smitty's always been good for bfast foods so gave it a shot. Pleasantly surprised, wings were hot from the kitchen, coated with sauce perfectly. Tasted great and what a value, will be back for sure. Staff all friendly and very prompt. So impressed, great job! Visit on wing night, ya won't be disappointed!!

Carrie was absolutely fantastic, food was very fast. It was packed when we came in, and not once did it feel like anybody was forgotten. I appreciate being treated like a person rather than a customer, and I come here time and time again because the level of service reflects that as a core value. That shines when people like Carrie reflect that it’s a fun place to work without words. Thank you!

My husband and I stop in frequently as we love the food and service! Always friendly service. Today we had a very small problem with our food but our server Katrina S went above and beyond to make it right and then some! Thanks for awesome service and great smile! Hope we see you again soon!

Smitty’s has been our go to place for breakfast for years! Consistent and delicious! All the staff has been very friendly and easy to joke around with. Always making us smile. Katrina has been incredible with her work and customer service Every time . I’m sad to see a poor review on here. Obviously there’s a lot going on with some people’s lives and it can flow over to staff. No one deserves disrespect especially in customer service. We love all you hard working ladies at smitty’s and can not wait to come again real soon! Probably this Friday for you breakfast special! Thank you for all you folks do!

I had to hop on here and leave a review because we had the best experience at the Airdrie Smitty’s this morning. I’m telling you, Katrina is phenomenal. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen someone work a floor like that. She was so on the ball, but never made us feel rushed. My coffee was never empty (very important!), she caught a small modification on my order without me even having to remind her, and she has such a warm, genuine energy. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. It’s rare to find service this good nowadays where you actually feel like a guest and not just a table number. The food was great. If you’re heading in, do yourself a favor and ask to sit in her section. Thanks again, Katrina! You’re absolute gold!
