I recently met a client from Calgary at Sorso, and I’m pretty sure they were just as impressed as I was. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely amazing.
I ordered the Baconator BLT and it did not disappoint—the portion was huge and it was easily the most unique and delicious BLT I’ve ever had. My client went with the Pub Burger and cleared his plate completely, which says it all.
Overall, Sorso delivered on every level. I can’t wait to go back and try their breakfast menu next! Highly recommend.

Our dinner experience at Sorso was underwhelming and now that great. The dinner menu lacked food choices and unfortunately the main items chosen did not hit the spot. The beef yorkies had very dry meat (crunchy) and the pasta was lacking sauce and flavour.
That being said, the appetizers were okay, steak bites tasty and gyoza are delicious. Their breakfast menu is much better than the dinner.
Or server was lacked attention and no sense of wanting to be there.

My friend and I sat outside on the pet friendly patio, which Henry the cat enjoyed. Special kudos to Hailey our server, who was amazing. Highly recommend the chicken gyoza. Raspberry margaritas were delicious.

Showed up with 8 people and it was super busy at the time, Kylee was super accommodating at finding us a table. She didn’t want to overwhelm the rest of the staff so served us personally. Was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and bar menu. Food was delicious and drinks were fun.

Second time here and unfortunately the last. Three of us went in for lunch early evening. There was a waitress at the bar she greeted us as if surprised! She told us to sit any anywhere (as it wasn't busy) We were sat waiting for menus for more then 10 minutes! What seemed like a lifetime went by we had to get our own menus as the waitress didnt even come over she seemed more concerned with doing something on a mobile phone or POS? What must of been 15-20 mins and another waitress eventually came over. She said sorry for the wait, it was her first day on training ? But buy then the damage was already done. Seing customers come in and ignoring them is not acceptable.having your back turned to your customers is NOT acceptable and rude. The Food was OK but nothing compared to the competition like Brewsters. Please learn and do better! Coach your staff MNGMT. Dont recommend this place.
We really wanted to like this place. Honestly the service is GREAT, our waitress was lovely, our drinks were good and the kitchen staff very accommodating.
But the food was terrible. My husband bought the carbonara and it was oily, the sauce separated and the pasta looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. My beef tacos were terrible, the beef had no seasoning and was so dry and over cooked, felt like I was eating broken up foam. I had to mask each bite with as much salsa, sour cream and smashed avocado. I’d go back for the service and a drink… but I’ll eat first before I go. It was expensive for what it was honestly.

Worse service ever, sat there for 20 minutes and the waitress said twice she will get to us when she can. They were very busy with one worker, not good enough. Don’t waste your time or money on this pretend restaurant. Have been here more than once and the service has always been the same, slow. Can’t rte the food cause we left due to not getting any service.

First time here. I had the Korean chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! I almost asked for a side of the sauce to dip my fries in, but was too full. Eat it fast though, it’s a bit messy/not a first date kind of meal. My husband had the beef dip and enjoyed it, although he mentioned that there was something a little too salty in it. Glad I insisted on trying Sorso!
