Atmosphere really isn't that great. Very typical interior eith nothing that really stands out. However, the woman at the drive through who took the order was very very clear and easy to understand and the guy who gave us the order was very positive, and friendly. To me that's what makes me want to come back.

Cant handle more than 3 customers at once. 20 minutes for 2 damn sandwiches. Completely prioritized the drive thru line and lacked the competence to understand which orders are necessary to complete before beginning another. Every time I buy from this starbucks and they’re just a bit busy, i can expect to be waiting 20 minutes typically at a minimum.

Super nice staff, got coffee quickly and it was a consistent good Americano!
Had some safety concerns that the manager noted quickly.
There is outdoor patio space but it has uneven sidewalks where a patron may trip. The railing is also rusting which can be a hazard if it snaps off by the weight of a patron. It also exits into traffic (where the drive thru vehicles will also exit) which can be a hazard to the pedestrian trying to leave.

The staff were great, my order was filled quickly, the atmosphere was calm and quiet and there wasn't a line up to place or receive my order.
Very disappointed. They had tumblers for sale 8.80 on the sticker on the sale basket ( two cups both had a sticker for 8.80 on them) , well when the girl rings up the cup it comes up at 14$.... the employees por the supervisor would not honor the price tag on the cups.

Mediocre drinks at best. We usually get the dragon drinks with coconut milk and this store made it horrible and now very tentative to get this drink somewhere else

Today, went there to get my dog a last pup cup and asked for a small amount of chocolate; because I have to put him down tomorrow. Drive thru attendant wouldn’t do it as it’s against their policy; I tried to explain Main Street location already has done this yesterday for us, but nope she wouldn’t do it. I went to the Main Street location and they were happy to oblige. Learn some compassion whoever was at the window. Absolutely made the worst day worse. Thanks.
