I see a lot of reviews criticizing the service, but I think the service is great! The baristas are friendly and always bring a positive vibe. (Even if there is one or two negative staff, the whole of them completely make up for it!) The service is nice and the inside is very well decorated and clean. It is pretty busy so you may have to wait a bit for your order but that is not an issue. This Starbucks is very nice and I recommend it to anyone!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding an interaction I had with Jessi at your drive through. On several occasions, I have found her behaviour to be discourteous and disrespectful, which is disappointing as I’ve always had positive experiences with customer service in the past.

It is concerning that her attitude lacks the professionalism and respect one would expect in a customer-facing role. I believe there is a need for improvement in her communication skills and overall approach to handling customers.

I am so frustrated with their service. I would rather drive to the further Starbucks from my house. Every time when I ask for something, their answer is No!
During this summer for my camping trip I needed ground coffee beans, so I bought Starbucks coffee 1lb bag and asked one of the baristas to grind it for me. Her answer was No they don't do that anymore that was her respond. Since when? I had to ask a manager and she apologized for the wrong information.
And today, I wanted to purchase of their couple of syrup bottles and the barista's respond is "We don't sell bottles of syrups anymore." I called other Starbucks in Airdrie and all of them telling me to come by anytime.
Honestly, I am so tired of this store keep giving me false information. Don't make up the answer.
The price of bottles shows up perfectly on your POS system once you scan!

Disappointed with the service provided on my visit.
Firstly, they were out of the seasonal flavour that we wanted to try which they were advertising on their menu.
Then I had asked about other flavour options for hot chai or matcha. I gave one of their suggestions a try. Imagine my surprise when I received an iced tea. Not what I wanted to warm up on a cold day, especially when the flavour wasn’t even that good.
