I got coffee and no food. They make great recommendations if you are not sure what you want. Iced Chai tea Latte is the best!

The service is a little slow, especially in the drive thru, I think it's one of the slowest in Airdrie, but the staff are great and inside is nice and cozy.

This is the worst location. I will never order from this location ever again. They can't seem to get a simple macchiato right. Bad milk and no flavour.

One of the most inconsistent locations I have ever visited so we have started going elsewhere. Your drink will be perfect maybe 25% of the time. The other 75% of the time it will taste so far off, good luck even guessing what they tried to make for you. Other locations will happily remake a beverage for you if requested, this location always has an attitude about a remake. The wait is also always crazy long regardless of if there are 2 or 20 people in the store. Maybe the wait can be attributed to the staff’s strong desire to visit other staff in visiting in their day off. Anywhere would be better.

Dear Management Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide some feedback regarding my today recent experiences at your Starbucks location. Specifically, I would like to address my interactions with one of your employees, Brooke.

On several occasions, I have found Brooke to be quite rude and to display a significant amount of attitude. Despite my polite requests and preferences, I have encountered instances where my coffee order was not prepared correctly. For instance today I once asked for no whip cream in my drink, only to discover that it had already been added. When I pointed this out to Brooke, instead of remaking the drink, she was hiding and attempted to remove the whip cream with a spoon and gladly I saw her doing it. This is concerning because such actions could potentially lead to health issues for customers who may have allergies or dietary restrictions. When I suggested that the drink should be remade for safety reasons, Brooke reluctantly agreed. This is disappointing to me as a regular customer who visits Starbucks daily spends 6.95$ on coffee and spends over $300 monthly. I believe that such loyal customers should receive exceptional service, especially when it comes to something as beloved to me as coffee.

Additionally, there have been instances where I ordered a grande-sized drink but the cup was not filled to the standard size. When I politely requested to have the cup filled to the correct level, Brooke responded in a rude manner, insisting that the cup was already filled . As a customer, I know that any leftover beverage is discarded in sink but why can't give it customer rather then wasting, and doesn't not matter to me of you threw the left milk or do whatever as per your policies but as a courtesy why can't be added to any customer in her or his cup.

Overall, these repeated incidents have left me feeling frustrated today and dissatisfied with the service provided by Brooke and I met other girls but nevertheless had a problem. I sincerely hope that you can address these concerns with her, emphasizing the importance of being more courteous and accommodating to customers. Every customer, regardless of their background, deserves to be treated respectfully and fairly.

Waited 45 minutes in the restaurant for the 2 drinks I ordered, no warning on how long of a wait it was etc. Ended up requesting a refund and leaving. Atleast a dozen customers came and went while I waited.

I stop in here whenever I'm in Airdrie. Today I ordered a latte and while waiting for it I noticed they had the matcha strawberry iced tea back. I put loud said oh damn it! Wish I would have ordered that is my favorite!Well BROOKE! TO THE RESCUE! she offered to change my order as she had not made my latte yet. Thank you Brooke that's what I like about this Starbucks small town feel great customer service!

The girl in the drive thru was crazy rude. I come here all the time and pay with cash, she made a big deal and wouldn’t accept cash it was horrendously embarrassing ? as well as a huge waste of time that I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru ordered my coffee received horrible service and got nothing out of it. Thanks white girl.
