Unlike the branch in Kingsview Market (2100 Market St, Airdrie) who denied me just because I missed my birth date, really inconsiderate, even though I plead and drove all the way just to have my birthday treat.

I was in the drive thru on November 18th and Catherine took my order. She has such an outgoing personality, and you can tell she loves her job. She even gave me a free drink because they were training - made my daughter’s day! Team work here is noticed and appreciated. Great energy for a busy morning.

Lady working October 29, 2025 - closing was inconsistent with the drinks to the point she made one wrong (not an issue) asked for it to be corrected, she gave me a dirty look then made it again “correctly”, then to realize she used the wrong milk,and forgot all the syrup.

As a regular at this location, I usually love Starbucks, but the experience with the manager, Hailey, really turned me off. She tries to act super professional, but it comes off really fake, like she’s putting on a show instead of actually caring. You can tell the staff feel awkward around her too. The rest of the team is great, but the energy totally changes when she’s there. The vibe in the store feels tense whenever she’s around, which makes it uncomfortable for both customers and employees. It’s disappointing because the other staff are great, but leadership really affects the atmosphere and Hailey definitely needs to work on her attitude and how she treats people… just sharing my feedback!

This used to be my favorite drink. I’d love the luxury of treating myself to one of these to feel Great after cleaning the house or Doing some extra errands. Today my drink and service were incredibly disappointing. Not only were there 8 or 9 people behind the counter doing almost nothing but talking to each other because I there was only one other patron but the end result of my drink was very very watered down to barely even resembling strawberry water and there were no strawberries in the cup. Extremely bad service and product. My daughter wanted me to go back for a cake pop and I would have. But not wasting my money there again.

Honestly the best Starbucks in Airdrie and the only one I go to. I go out of my way to go to this one and any time Ive caved and stopped at another location I’m ALWAYS disappointed! I worked in retail for 16 years so customer service is really important to me and I’m never disappointed at this location!
