If I could put zero stars I would .
For one when I was here the workers were complaining and saying how everyone “modify” their drinks . I ordered my drink with Coconut milk as I am lactose intolerant and cannot have dairy then as I’m waiting I hear them complain and say they aren’t going to do the modification.
Like excuse me? I didn’t want to believe it so I waited . They got my friends order wrong and I nicely asked them to remake it which they did but were not happy to do so. Then recieved mine and as I heard was correct had regular milk or cream instead of coconut milk that I asked to be used .
Not impressed as I’m a loyal member and come to this establishment often. Go to a different location that will be happy serve you and your needs .

Ava was super friendly and our drinks were quite refreshing.
First time at this location Absolutely amazing service I have a special way I like my paginated beverage and the batista that made it took it to the next level.

I had samples given to me while charging my phone in the comfiest seats very good experience look forward to my next visit.

The drive thru here is excruciatingly slow almost anytime I’ve been at this location. Don’t stop if you’re in and kind of hurry

I am so sick of going to this Starbucks. I was told they brew there coffee every 30 minutes. Then a girl over the Mike says it was brewed 11 minutes. The coffee was luke warm at best and coffee tasted old. - This is the last time going to this Starbucks. I be sure to tell others as well

They only care about mobile orders now. Ordering in person led to a 25 min wait and. Then told they have way too many mobile orders ahead of mine and that there is no point in ordering in person. Left without my drink.

Im not typically one to complain especially about a fast food chain cause what’s the point. Today I placed and order for over $25 - 4 drinks. On the way out in the pouring rain my 6 year old dropped her entire drink on the ground. I went back in and asked if they would be remaking it (with no intentions or inclination of getting it for free) and they ended up charging me the $5.
I acknowledge that it was completely out of their control but I feel like it would’ve been a nice gesture to comp a presumably $.10 drink to make after already spending $25? I feel like Starbucks as an organization pushes really hard to try and tell people how amazing they are to their loyal members and I really didn’t get that today. I come to the store on a nearly daily basis and it really irked me that they would have such little care or empathy for the situation.
