I ordered a iced sugar cookie matcha latte today at 12:58 PM on Uber Eats. I didn’t receive my order until about 1:30. It was not my couriers fault as he waited there for about 15-20 minutes before actually getting the order. I received my drink watery and with little to no ice left (it all melted). Thanks Main Street Starbucks. Would also like to point out I spent almost 13-14$ for a grande of watery matcha. Will not be ordering from here again

Went to get a coffee, with my tiny dog that was a service dog and was still denied service to get something, wont be turning since the other Starbucks allowed it.

Was charged for a drink I didn’t receive instead. It was a cold latte Matcha on ice and the dairy continent. I have severe allergies had to pour down the sink. Very disappointed and received partial refund

I’d love to give zero stars! Over the last few months I have had subpar drinks and mediocre service. Usually just walk away with it. Today when my macha was provided with clumps of dry macha I asked for it to be re-done. Letting the drive through girl know it’s come this way every time I order from this location but is always blended well at other locations. I also said, I will come in and wait so I’m not holding up the line behind me. The girl then was very rude to me. You’re in a customer service position and when a customer has a valid concern you apologize and make it right. Even the girl who re-made it seemed pissed she had to remake it. The equipment being used may need to be replaced as it is not functioning correctly, that’s why I make a point to tell them this is the only location that it sucks. I also think either the staff needs some re-training on staff and what it means to be in a service position, or the management needs to know the quality of service. If you’re a manager of this location by cobs, I would love you to contact me.

Britt took my order at drive through today and gave me my order, she was so nice and asked about my crochet hobbies as I had yarn in my car, she just was so nice and very personable, usually it can be so fast paced in the drive through so that little bit of conversation was really awesome, thank you :D

Darby at the Airdrie Starbucks deserves a huge shout-out for providing the kind of customer service that goes far beyond expectations. She greets every customer warmly and genuinely—not because it’s her job, but because she truly wants people to feel welcome. When I was waiting for my order, she acknowledged me right away and explained the prep time (since Iced London Fogs need to steep before being iced). She even thought ahead to ask if I needed a tray and a drink cover to prevent spills.

What impressed me most was how she asked about my day with authentic care, all while keeping up an incredible pace and efficiency despite the high volume of orders. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail left me in awe.

Also, a special shout-out to Adonis, who somehow understood exactly what I was trying to order with only vague (and not very helpful) clues from me. He was so courteous and kind throughout the process.

Together, Darby and Adonis made this one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had!

This used to be my favorite location in Airdrie, but lately my drinks have been inconsistent and poorly made. I order the same thing every time and when its made right its perfect, however more often than not lately the syrup is not mixed into the espresso/all stuck to the bottom (likely due to adding the espresso after the ice and milk instead of before) if I do ask them to mix it so that the syrup isn't all in the bottom, or add cinnamon powder (which is almost always forgotten as well) I can tell they are less than thrilled to fix my drink. If staff weren't in such a hurry and read the entire order I wouldn't need to send it back and hold the line up even longer.

Coffee was good, but as I was going to pay for my order one staff member Elaine I think was her name, gave me a dirty look and went to whisper with another staff member, did not feel welcome at all. Do better.
