Asked for a Venti and got a Grande. Cup is filled to the brim with ice. I got 2 sips of my drink. Terrible. I am a previous Starbucks employee and this amount of ice is stupid.

Stopped by driving from Calgary to Red Deer this morning. The food and the coffee was good and the service was fast. The staff are not very personable though. Being friendly is not too hard. I try to be nice and smile. I wish that people like servers would do it back. The location is fairly large and kept pretty clean. Maybe the service was rough on the morning rush. That may explain why the staff was not overly pleasant to be around. Would still recommend this place for sure. Super convenient when on the road.

The quickest Starbucks drive thru I have been through ever at 7am. Drinks & food were hot too! 5 stars to the staff ?
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Starbucks is honestly THE BEST STARBUCKS I have ever been to. Not because of the location or atmosphere which are great too. But because of the amazing people that work here. The drive thru staff always are top notch. They are spectacular human beings that deserve so much recognition. I will skip 6 other Starbucks just to come here. They always make the drink perfectly and offer it with the nicest smiles. Thank you guys so much. You guys are such a gem. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.

Drink quality is all over the place. Half the time it’s not made properly if not more. The lemonades almost always are just 95 percent water. They seem more concerned about you seeing the tip functions on the debit machine than the actual quality. Have had them drop the machine against my truck before trying to hand the machine to me with the screen facing me asking me to see the prompts. How about fixing the quality and service first before trying to shove tip options in our face.

Business Hrs online and posted say 8:30pm close. The building was locked at 7:30pm on a Tuesday. Lights are on, staff inside. After we left we saw 5 other customers try to access the building as well and were not able. Posted hrs are 8:30 close and they were not accepting customers after 7:30pm.
