Terrible customer service. I’ve been going to this Subway for years and never had any issues asking for extra veggies—especially on a salad where I’m not getting meat or cheese. But ever since the recent change in management and staff, the service has gone downhill. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed problems, but today was the worst by far.
I asked for extra veggies since they always cheap out, and the employee told me they have a “standard amount.” (Which is not true subway allows extra veggies at no charge) She added maybe six pieces to begin with and when I asked for extra she only added a few more and called that “extra.” When I requested more, she refused rudely and said she already put extra, then rolled her eyes and gave me a huge amount of attitude. The hand gestures, eye-rolling, and overall rudeness were completely unacceptable. When the manager or whoever she mid way walked over to came over, they didn’t try to understand the situation—they just defended her.
I’ve never been treated like this here before, and it made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This location really needs to improve its customer service I definitely do not recommend.

Ordered food at 5:50 and it’s been 40 minutes
And the guy picked the order up and hasn’t dropped the order off. They can’t help me cause they’re too busy but unacceptable

Ordered 3 veggie subs, absolutely terrible service. Only one employee making/serving multiple orders for customers so obvs the quality suffered. None of my subs were toasted well, grilling was refused. So basically I left the store with 3 cold subs for dinner and had to toast them at home because they were basically inedible. Just bread and vegetables with barely melted cheese. Never coming to this location again.

Honestly the freshness and cleanliness of this subway is very good. However the staff are lacking. Constant mistakes while making subs, and never once did they offer to redo it for me.

Also they always under toast the subs! And when you ask for them to toast it extra, they'll maybe do it for two or three seconds more. I don't understand why they don't want to toast the subs properly here. I've never had this issue at another subway.

This is my go to Subway store, I treat my grandson’s when they are in town. They order the same thing every time: #1 footlong ham lettuce and mayo- no cheese
#2 footlong ham, turkey, bacon with lettuce and mayo. No cheese
They charged me over $24. The ham footlong is under $10. and the cold cuts footlong on the menu is under $10.
Very disappointed in them over charging me like that.

Today I went to subway. Simarjit made our subway and it was awful. All the sauce were outside of bun, veggies were outside. Not recommended 👎👎

Whoever was working on Friday Nov. 15th needs an attitude adjustment. I went in to use the bathroom and purchase cookies quite early in the morning as I had driven over 3 hours. Nobody was at the front counter so I headed to the washroom. As I was stepping in to the washroom, the worker slammed open the door to the back and angrily asked “Are you going to buy anything?” I was so shocked and automatically said no, as I wouldn’t now as he was horribly rude. He said “bathrooms are only for paying customers but I will let you today.” I would never come back to this location!

If you want to come here, DO NOT COME HERE ON A WEEKDAY BETWEEN NOON AND 1PM!

There will be a long lineup of kids from the school across the street and they, being kids are super loud. It will not be conducive to having a normal conversation with someone there. The staff don't seem to anticipate this rush so it will be a long wait if you go at this time. I guess it is a good problem for the owner to have.

ADVICE TO THE FRANCHISEE - Give the kids a QR code that allows them yo pre-order from school so they can come pick up their food and keep the line moving or even deliver to the school.

My salad was quite light on toppings compared to other Subway locations.

Vegetarian options: A great place to come for a salad.

Kid-friendliness: Very open for business with kids here.

The floor and tables were absolutely disgusting and dirty. The veggies look dry and have the appearance of vegetables you forgot on the counter after you get back from vacation.
