I had such a fantastic visit despite seeing some negative reviews for this location. The service was absolutely great, and the place was spotlessly clean.
My sub was beyond expectations—loaded with fresh veggies and chicken, and the cheese was fresh too. A huge shoutout to Subway Artist Amritpal who treated me so well!

THE MALE WORKER WITH THE TURBAN TRIED TO OPEN THE WASHROOM DOOR WHILE I WAS IN THE TOILET AND I YELLED “ ITS BUSY” he still opened it with his key!!! He stared at me while I was on the toilet as I yelled “ITS BUSY CLOSE THE DOOR” he then closed the door and walked away, never coming back here again, I SHOULD HAVE READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS!

I would leave zero stars if I could, this subway cuts their meat so thin its literally paper thin. When people spend $14 on a sub it you shouldnt have to get double meat because you're too cheap. Smarten up!

There was little to anything on our subs, and didn’t make anything a combo and charged us for drinks and cookies separately. I would also like to mention how unwelcoming this lady was.
Worst customer service ever, my sub was made poorly, no hygiene, disgusting. I couldn’t even eat anything just because of it. Total waste of money. I wish I could do a negative star. Would never recommend.

We live outside of the city in a smaller town, we ordered food for 845, 15 minutes before they close. We get into Airdrie around 830 and found our orders canceled and void. My brothers order was still ready so we had to go collect it. The workers are outside in their car with his order. He informed us they close at 8 because of how slow it gets and say they informed their manager of changing the time. I'm suspecting that the workers are trying to get out of their shifts earlier as the location doesn't get much buisness. Regardless it's so frustrating to have ordered food, drive an hour to find it canceled and wait for a refund 🙄 please get your shit in order before someone else experiences this frustrating disappointment
