We have ordered here online twice. The first time we ordered 2 subs and asked for extra cucumbers on one and extra pickles on the other. No extras added to either sub, just the normal amount. The second time we ordered the same order and even added a tip in hopes they would pay attention to the extra cucumber and pickles requests. The request was ignored again. Both subs had the same amount of cucumbers despite 1 requested extra and the other didn't. Not sure if they think it'll blow their budget to add a few extra but we don't intend on going here again. Overall the food wasn't bad but they are either consciously not adding extras when requested or don't pay enough attention to do it.

I stopped in Tuesday night for a sub and was thrilled with the experience. Both the customer space and the back area were spotlessly clean, not even an errant piece of lettuce to be seen. The lovely young lady who made my sub was exceptionally personable, efficient and didn't judge my weird sauce choices. The sub was well made with a great topping ratio, and I love that the ham wasn't just piled to one side. Even though I was there later in the evening, all the ingredients were still super fresh and they had all the bread choices available. I'll definitely be back to this location.
Honestly this was the most disappointing sub I've ever had ðŸ˜. The bread was dry and the lettuce wasn't super fresh. Also when I opened my sub it looked like it was beat up. Kinda gave me the ick so I couldn't finish.

I went in after work to get 2 footlong subs and the two lady workers were very rude, frowned the whole time...I asked for a bag she was so annoyed to grab me a bag...she spoke so low and had such a thick accent I couldn't hear her or understand her and she was getting extremely annoyed and rude and if looks could kill I'd be dead.....I'll never go here again

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from here. Rude service, no options for bread, vegetables were an all time low with limited options, asked for extra steak and she tried to the regular amount (I ordered online while at the store and watched her make it), was skimpy on the sauce and asked for more and she said it’s extra…they had no stickers to wrap the subs up to make sure they don’t open up, had to ask for a bag 3 times, she was just going to give me 2 subs wrapped terribly, falling apart with napkins and a bag, she didn’t offer any napkins and was very rude about the whole experience. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go anywhere else, 7-11 has fresher food for cheaper than this dump. Complete waste of money. Will definitely never go here again and will advise everyone I can not to go there until they get new ownership. I’m embarassed for that store
