I went in after work to get 2 footlong subs and the two lady workers were very rude, frowned the whole time...I asked for a bag she was so annoyed to grab me a bag...she spoke so low and had such a thick accent I couldn't hear her or understand her and she was getting extremely annoyed and rude and if looks could kill I'd be dead.....I'll never go here again

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from here. Rude service, no options for bread, vegetables were an all time low with limited options, asked for extra steak and she tried to the regular amount (I ordered online while at the store and watched her make it), was skimpy on the sauce and asked for more and she said it’s extra…they had no stickers to wrap the subs up to make sure they don’t open up, had to ask for a bag 3 times, she was just going to give me 2 subs wrapped terribly, falling apart with napkins and a bag, she didn’t offer any napkins and was very rude about the whole experience. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go anywhere else, 7-11 has fresher food for cheaper than this dump. Complete waste of money. Will definitely never go here again and will advise everyone I can not to go there until they get new ownership. I’m embarassed for that store

Absolute worst service from the girl working there this particular evening. And unbelievably sparse vegetables for example had to ask for more tomato- she put 3 tiny end slices of tomato on a foot long sub and 3 slivers of green pepper, barely any lettuce etc etc. Just ridiculous…Subway restaurants in general have been getting worse and worse for a while now when it comes to trying to get away with the bare minimum but this is the absolute worst yet. Sorry MacKenzie Way (Airdrie) Subway.. do better. You’ve lost a customer after this terrible experience . I’ll spend my money elsewhere

I recently ordered a veggie sub from this Subway location via Uber Eats, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the meal. The bread arrived cold and noticeably dry, as though it had been left out for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, the condition of the vegetables did not improve the experience — the lettuce was wilted and unappetizing, the tomatoes were overly soft, and the cucumbers lacked any crispness or freshness.
In addition, the sub was inconsistently dressed; there was barely any sauce, leaving large portions of the sandwich unpleasantly dry and lacking in flavor. As someone who values consistency and care in food preparation, I found the overall lack of attention to detail quite frustrating. Given the simplicity of the order, this should have been a straightforward, fresh, and satisfying meal. Sadly, it was none of those things. I will not be ordering from this location again and cannot recommend it based on this experience.

Restaurant was at McKenzie in Airdrie and she was amazing. She was absolutely amazing. She was the best customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life at Subway. She was the best person I would go back to her directly to see her again very very good very very good. Excellent service excellent excellent service thank you.
lipstick on a pig as some would say, the renovations are okay, staff are friendly. but you’d have to give me a whole free footlong sub to get me back in this place. like i said, staff are friendly, and the building is decent. but the subs you get from subway nowadays aren’t even close to mediocre, they are borderline inedible!! the bun has no backbone and the toppings are disgusting. i recommend hitting the local walmart and seeing what cheap expired food they have as a great alternative! hope this business sinks. check out FIREHOUSE SUBS
