Very disappointing experience.
I visited this Subway recently and was really let down by the customer service. The employee named Simran was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit — she seemed impatient and dismissive when I tried to place my order. I am regular subway customer ! but this experience made me very uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this and ensures better customer service in the future.

Accidentally placed an online order to the wrong address but when I called the store to ask for them to hold it until I could get someone to pick it up, he refused and released it to the driver.

Came in at 18:20 and there was only one staff member working. To say the service was slow would be an under statement. There was no service. We walked out of the restaurant because we weren't waiting forty minutes for a sub. It wasn't busy in the store, but it took forever nonetheless.

Management needs to do BETTER. This is ridiculous.

The store is a pretty decent size with lots of space, although there aren’t many tables and chairs for dine-in. The place is clean and well-kept. I ordered online, and when I arrived around 6 PM, my food was already ready, which I really appreciated. I only saw one employee at the time, but maybe it’s just a quieter hour. Overall, it’s a really convenient spot to grab a sandwich, especially since it’s close to my house.

Went here yesterday for a sub I got the chicken on my sub & I now have food poisoning I used to go here all the time as a kid with no problem but now I’ve been so sick all day & even when I went to purchase the food I was told the food order was late & that’s why the spinach was all soggy & gross. I didn’t care about that but having food poisoning now is ridiculous

Absolutely foul customer service. The woman who was working around 12:15 treated me terribly. When I was ordering she told me to hurry up so she could serve the large group behind me in line, yet she spent time socializing with the guys ahead of me. She wouldn’t give me my customer receipt after I had paid, and instead only gave me one drink, 2 of which I had ordered. When I was about to leave she accused me of stealing a second drink, which was bottled. She should’ve gave me my copy of the receipt so I could see what I was actually charged for. The experience was nothing short of humiliating because she acted this way in front of the entire restaurant. I’ve been ordering from this location since I was a young child. Not anymore. I get treated much better at the other locations.

They could hardly understand what was said. Couldn’t make the food according to Subways own menus board, missing main ingredients like the meat specified on the sub. And hardly gave any toppings even when asked for extra. Left 2-3” of bare bun with no toppings at the ends. Will not be returning ever and don’t recommend anyone to ever waste their time or ridiculous amount of money for very disappointing unfilling food.

I have been going to this location since I was just a little girl.. I remember getting this amazing subs full of vegetables.. now you get as little as possible. The service is horrible. And most staff are not able to follow simple instructions like preparing menus items as specified in the recipes on the boards posted behind the staff members. At one point I even asked the staff if they could make the recipe exactly as it was on the board as I pointed and was left his staring at me waiting for me to read the rest out.. we did this 3 times… for all 3 of our orders. Ugh..

It’s appalling to watch the woman use the same gloves she touched the till with and then proceed to touch the food. I’ve been 2x now at this location and she’s tried to tell me she didn’t, after I WATCHED her not remove the gloves she just touched the screen with. I will never come back. The prices are too high for you to get the most disgusting service. DO BETTER.
