Placed an online pick up order at 6:11pm from my car outside the store as I was on a phone call. Order stated it would be ready for 6:30pm. I waited outside in my car until 6:30pm and watched absolutely nobody go in or out the entire time. Got inside right at 6:30pm. Not a single sole in the entire store, just to have the worker tell me “sorry lots of customers just starting it now”…. Again I had been right outside the door for the past 20 minutes and not a single person went in or out.
So if you’re looking for timely service this probably won’t be the place for you. Unsure about the food itself as I’m still waiting for that to be made as I write this.
As the worker started my order, 3 people walked in behind me to order so I guess karma for not just doing his job in the first place.

ordered online, was supposed to be ready by 7:05pm; went in and got snapped at by the employee that they needed more time. 7:15pm, they have to unwrap my sub to ensure they made it correctly, then they popped it into a bag unwrapped so it spilled out in the bag. what was left of the sub didn't end up being right either. customer before me also got the wrong order. Single staff member looked overwhelmed and other sit in customers were still waiting for their orders to be made as well.
would recommend going anywhere else other than here - staff were rude, food was not made correctly, bread itself was stale. 0 stars if i could as it was a waste of time and money.

Amrit's customer service is really good. My favorite subway ever.
This has been one of the best Subway's I've been to in a very long time. The employee on shift was fantastic. He was busy but took the time to ask us how we were doing & how our day was. Our subs were delicious & I wished that every Subway wrapped their sandwiches the way this employee did it. We will definitely be back when we come to Airdrie. Thank you again for the awesome service :)

Garbage order through skip, These uneducated losers . Took more than an hour, And they couldn’t answer the phone. This place sucks.
