Ordered 3 sub online. Asked for extra tomatoes, they put 4 slices. The Jalapeños were not toasted as instructed. The veggies were not evenly spread. The bread was worse than cardboard. Barely put any sauce on it. The sub taste like 5 year old cardboard. Never put online order here. Completely runied my dinner. It was a horrible sandwich I have ever had. They also put 3 subs in bag for 2 squishing all of them. Also, it was curbside pickup order as I was in rush, but i had to go in as they marked as picked up. Please compare two photos, what I ordered and what I got.

Ordered for pick up for three subs to bring back to the boys at work. When we opened up our scub, man we were shocked. The sub buns were the size of a wonder hot dog bun with minimal meat and toppings. Anytime I seen a bmt made, they overlap the meat giving approx 5 slices per meat, this sub there were 3 slices of each meat and not even touching eachother. The steak and cheese which was supposed to be toasted was not, and all toppings were on one end of the bun as though they had it being made upright in a glass. The cold cut trio which was to have double meat did not. The cold cut trio that was not to be toasted was. All three subs looked like when it was being wrapped, they squeezed it out like a wet towel. I would have just given these to the homeless man who is in the area of our job site, but I have to much respect to give him rubbish like this.
The service was pleasant but because of the quality I feel like they were just being pleasant to divert my attention from the atrocious product they were peddling.

When you get more vegetables on a 6-inch ham sandwich with the same veggie fixings than your salad order, which doesn't have bread and costs 3 dollars more. There is a seriously problem. It's either purely greed or incompetence. Absolute rip-off.

This place usually messes up my order , but this time they got it right , and even added a long black hair in the middle of it . Disgusting .
Just went to this subway. They are so cheap and barely put any rotisserie chicken on our subs. They barely put on veggies but packed it with lettuce in the end. Horrible experience. Will never go back here again
