Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Customer Service
I had the worst customer service experience today. Amritpal was the employee assisting me, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. He was carelessly throwing the veggies into my sub and barely added any. When I requested more, he added just two pieces and threw them in.
Additionally, I asked for just a small line of mayo, but he applied two thick layers. When I asked him to remove the extra mayo, he refused, and instead, told me to come behind the counter and make the sub myself. This is completely unacceptable.
I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me he was the manager. When I asked who I could direct my concerns to, he didn’t respond. I’m deeply disappointed with the service, and I’m sharing this review in hopes that it leads to better training and accountability

if i could give zero stars for this subway service absolutely terrible employee was rude and store manger was incompetent and food was not to standard at all sauce tasted expired and when asked for help i was met with no resolution others should steer away from this location

Terrible service never got my food delivered I ordered through the app they told me it’s a door dash order telling me to call back door dash and them telling me to call them back. It’s a waste of time. Do I really have to show you guys I ordered through your app and it literally says a delivery option. Then they tell me to come then next day to talk to the manager. I payed for the food and jts not here. Not even a store credit or anything whatsoever. Then they hang up on me.

My daughter and I go to this shop whenever we can. We always try to get two different subs and the staff know we share. They treat us very well and make sure to ask who gets the spicy sub, then ensure that sub get lots of banana peppers!
Don't order ahead. They'll help literally everyone in line before making mobile orders.

Amazing staff exactly what I asked for :) best subway in town with happy staff ! Had terrible experience at all other locations! When you’re only having a veggie sandwich with 4 veggies I like to have more of those 4 things. I once asked for more lettuce at another location (bayside) and was met with a very rude response! Great job girls !
