The pizza sub my daughter ordered had two pieces of spicy pepperoni and zero sauce. The lettuce was brown, tomatoes were soggy and still served, the buns were squished down and hard. Reused paper to prepare our subs, and I saw them using the same for the gentleman behind me.
The look on her face almost had me apologizing for coming in because she was so unhappy. Then a tip option for 10% of higher seemed insane for the quality and service. Will not return!

Worst service ever. The guy working could only use one had cause he had burned himself just before I got there. The mayo and other sauce were sitting in the bag on the back counter not in the cooler. When they refilled the pizza sauce the walked from the back with a bag a poured it right into same tin holder didn’t get a new one. Same with the meatballs. Ended up getting food poisoning. Will never go back!!!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Customer Service
I had the worst customer service experience today. Amritpal was the employee assisting me, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. He was carelessly throwing the veggies into my sub and barely added any. When I requested more, he added just two pieces and threw them in.
Additionally, I asked for just a small line of mayo, but he applied two thick layers. When I asked him to remove the extra mayo, he refused, and instead, told me to come behind the counter and make the sub myself. This is completely unacceptable.
I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me he was the manager. When I asked who I could direct my concerns to, he didn’t respond. I’m deeply disappointed with the service, and I’m sharing this review in hopes that it leads to better training and accountability

if i could give zero stars for this subway service absolutely terrible employee was rude and store manger was incompetent and food was not to standard at all sauce tasted expired and when asked for help i was met with no resolution others should steer away from this location

Terrible service never got my food delivered I ordered through the app they told me it’s a door dash order telling me to call back door dash and them telling me to call them back. It’s a waste of time. Do I really have to show you guys I ordered through your app and it literally says a delivery option. Then they tell me to come then next day to talk to the manager. I payed for the food and jts not here. Not even a store credit or anything whatsoever. Then they hang up on me.
