Thai Charm Eatery - Airdrie

We ordered food online, received the order confirmation and waited for two hours. When I finally got through to them by phone, they told me, that they shut down their system on their end and don't have my order.Then I was informed, that they will shut down in three days anyways, since I don't like any of the options they presented me with.Worst delivery experience ever, no wonder they are shutting down.

The food here isn't really Thai and it is more like fast food style - so really overpriced for what it is. We order 6 different dishes, and most of them were too sweet (specially the ginger beef!). We also ordered the broccoli dish and it was undercooked. Would not recommend!

This place was great a couple years ago, since then the food has gone downhill. We ordered $80 worth of food, one bite out of each dish was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it was warmed up leftovers from 1 week ago. Had to throw the whole order in the trash.

Excellent service and food. Love this place

The staff were really nice and the place was clean but the food was a let down. We had heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. The food was awful. The chicken was very dark and slimy in the chicken fried rice. Will stick to ginger chicken as our Chinese place from now on.

I truly appreciate Jenny’s positive attitude and vibrant energy ! I recently dined at Thai Charm Airdrie, and I must say, the customer service was superb! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The delicious food only added to the overall delightful dining experience. Highly recommend!

I love the food at Thai Charm. I order here all the time. Mostly order take out, but sometimes I eat in as well. Food is always delicious and hot. Great portions for your dollar. Excellent customer service as well. Everyone is always so friendly. Great job Thai Charm. ?

After seeing all the reviews, we ordered the food. The taste wasn't bad, but when we ordered beef and broccoli, it came with more broccoli and a small amount of beef. The fried rice also had a similar issue with an imbalance of ingredients, as did the BBQ pork chop suey.

Do not order from here. Very rude staff. Literally just got laughed at and hung up on by the snarky girl answering the phone when our order arrived wrong. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time that our order has arrived wrong and we have always let it go, drove back to the store to pick up the missed item or went without, this was the last straw, we will no longer be ordering here ever again. We will find somewhere else, and I recommend that you save yourself the hassle and do the same.

We have had the hot and sour soup many times it is always really good but this last time it was so spicy ??? we could not finish it however I will order

What a wonderful surprise to find a great Chinese/Thai food place right around the corner from us. We were really impressed with the taste and quantity of the food for the price. Their server, Jenny, gave us a lovely bubbly welcome and put up with all of our questions so graciously. I highly recommend you check out this little gem.
