When I finally got through to them by phone, they told me, that they shut down their system on their end and don't have my order.Then I was informed, that they will shut down in three days anyways, since I don't like any of the options they presented me with.Worst delivery experience ever, no wonder they are shutting down.

The food here isn't really Thai and it is more like fast food style - so really overpriced for what it is. We order 6 different dishes, and most of them were too sweet (specially the ginger beef!). We also ordered the broccoli dish and it was undercooked. Would not recommend!

This place was great a couple years ago, since then the food has gone downhill. We ordered $80 worth of food, one bite out of each dish was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it was warmed up leftovers from 1 week ago. Had to throw the whole order in the trash.

The staff were really nice and the place was clean but the food was a let down. We had heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. The food was awful. The chicken was very dark and slimy in the chicken fried rice. Will stick to ginger chicken as our Chinese place from now on.

I love the food at Thai Charm. I order here all the time. Mostly order take out, but sometimes I eat in as well. Food is always delicious and hot. Great portions for your dollar. Excellent customer service as well. Everyone is always so friendly. Great job Thai Charm. ?
After seeing all the reviews, we ordered the food. The taste wasn't bad, but when we ordered beef and broccoli, it came with more broccoli and a small amount of beef. The fried rice also had a similar issue with an imbalance of ingredients, as did the BBQ pork chop suey.

Do not order from here. Very rude staff. Literally just got laughed at and hung up on by the snarky girl answering the phone when our order arrived wrong. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time that our order has arrived wrong and we have always let it go, drove back to the store to pick up the missed item or went without, this was the last straw, we will no longer be ordering here ever again. We will find somewhere else, and I recommend that you save yourself the hassle and do the same.

my favourite asain fusion place to eat in Airdrie. everything was authentic, tasty, the menu has so many choices for you. they accommodate so well with Gluten free selections and any dietary restrictions as well. their staff is friendly and again, really accommodating. not very many asain places do so many dietary accommodations but this place, hands down amazing. go try it out for yourselves and you will not regret.
