We have Visited this place for the first time and it was worth it.The food was amazing and the staff was very kind especially Harshil who has explained us everything about the ingredients used in Fried Rice

Tom yum soup bland, must add coconut milk. And not very warm.
No diet drinks available.
Vestibule windows are so filthy, looks like cleaned with a greasy rag.

Ordered through Uber. Chicken fried rice and shrimp pad thai. Fried rice was lacking flavour, likely due to them not putting enough sauce. I find they dont put enough sauce for any of their dishes. Plus there was 4 small pieces of chicken.... for 15$ so I basically just ate rice. Total rip off.

Thai is my vibe for food, & I've been eating at Thai Express for many years, in Calgary, Airdrie and Lethbridge and never have I had a bad experience until now. Was at the Airdrie location on Friday July 18th with my aunt and she chose and paid an extra $10 for the Lobster Pad Thai, looked disgusting, tasted not so great and for the extra cost all she got was a tiny bit of meat not even as big as a toonie. She paid almost $30 for this mess with a drink. I had my typical Tom Yum Soup, broccoli went to flower, (so all yellow) the rice noodles weren't cooked enough, broth was sub-par to say the least and also had a Salad Roll, was so old and not fresh the Rice Paper Wrap was almost rock hard. I will be contacting the head office for my aunt as this was the worst food ever.
Do not eat at the Airdrie location of Thai Express!

The worst Pad Thai ever, very bad experience. Firstly I never wanted extra tofu, I specifically said no extra tofu. It was supposed to be vegetarian ( I guess the order take doesn’t really know how to take order) not friendly staff the chef seemed angry. Then you hardly see any vegetables, even the vegetables that u see are stale. Huge pieces of tofu no flavour at all. I was overcharged for something I never asked for, I would warn anyone going there, be prepared for the worst experience. I am never going back again for sure

It was my first time there and was greeted with such patience while explaining to me how the menu worked!
Food was excellent, exceeded my expectations for sure! I had the general red curry with battered chicken. It's probably a good thing I don't live close by or I'd be eating there everyday!!
110% going back any chance I get and would highly recommend!

We ordered 2 dishes via Skip. They smelled good when we opened the boxes. We were so hungry so we dived right in. We had to stop after a few bites, it’s way too salty! Both of them. It’s like they put three times more of the salt needed in it. Will add more rice and noodle to them and stir fry again. Hopefully we don’t have to waste the food.

Had a great meal at Thai Express in Airdrie. The chicken Pad Thai and spring rolls were fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Staff were friendly and fast, even during lunch rush. Will definitely be back!

We ordered through Door Dash, so we can’t rate the atmosphere or service. The food was terrible. I love authentic Thai food, but the favours didn’t resemble any Thai food, that we’ve eaten. It was more of an oriental fashion, than Thai food. All the vegetables were raw, and the favours were unpleasant.

We ordered 3 dishes. The Thai soup with extra coconut milk was fresh - too fresh. It had a large amount of raw, white onion, cut into large slices, and a bowl full of raw bean sprouts. We ate a few spoonfuls, and threw it away.

The red Thai curry was the best dish of the 3, and the only dish that resembled Thai food. I’d give it 2 1/2 stars. Between 2 or us, we could only eat 1/3 of the dish, and then our stomachs were not doing good.

The third dish was the Shak-a-bowl. I’ve included a picture. We took a small bite. This dish had a very unpleasant flavour, so we threw it away. The price for the 3 dishes, service charges and delivery, was $70.61. Considering we threw almost all of the food away, it was very expensive, and disappointing. I don’t understand the good reviews.
