The Canadian Brewhouse (Airdrie)

Server was pleasant but unfortunately neglectful. Spent more time chatting with co workers than working. Forgot to order our food. Drinks were empty for more than 10 minutes. Special menu item, chicken bowl, was just ok.

I enjoy the full menu but I am not a fan of the new short game day menu. Less choices and increased prices.

Great food and great service.

Very slow waiting for an hour and a half and still don't have our food.
When we got our food it was cold.
Forgot to give use utensils and a beer glass.
Management was talked to. She dealt with it and I appreciate the Manager

The restaurant was moderately busy so I can understand having to wait some extra time for service but there was multiple things that were wrong. Our waitress clearly could not handle working in a busy place as she looked confused and lost. Between the long wait for drinks and not being provided a glass for one of our drinks or silverware for our meals without having to ask. After the 1.5hr wait for food it showed up ice cold. We tried a bit but ended up calling for the manager. The manager was very nice to deal with and payed for all of our meals. We then drove across the street to a&w and had food in 5 mins that was at least warm. I have always had good service in all Canadian brewhouse locations but I was heavily disappointed and will not be back to the airdrie location

Nice option north of town. Good beer selection, decent food, friendly staff.

Batting cages were fun. Place wasn't too busy so prompt service

We are at the Airdrie location every Wednesday so we have nothing new to add about how much we enjoy the food. That said, this is the first time Amanda was our server and it needs to be said she was fantastic. Made what was a regular night out seem more eventful. If you’re going to be in the Airdrie location, ask for Amanda’s section.

Everything was simply amazing comfortable and as far as the service went, I would say it was an 11 out of 10 her name is Amanda as we sat at the bar she made us feel like she had known us. My whole life, very comfortable and easy to talk to, with a very pleasant smile.

Amanda is a super bartender. Beers always in a frosty mug and with a friendly attitude. Just the best

Enjoyed an enjoyable meal and visit with some amazing friends. We brought our grandson who loved the chicken strips. The hockey high chair was awesome, would have loved a tray on it though. Good it had a seat belt!

We go fairly often and the food has been a little hit and miss lately. I've been trying to give more support with varying dishes to try to spend more while there but each time I do. I am so disappointed in the stability and consistency of the quality of the food. Wings “ranch” dip (if that's what you could call it) ruins the wings cause it tastes as if it's sour? It's been several weeks now and they seem to be aware? 🤷🏼‍♀️. It's inedible. (In my opinion and one staff members). Tonight; the food isn't fit for my dog. Pasta waaaay overcooked for a baked pasta and major grease. It was described as cheesy and was nothing close to resembling creamy. It was oily and stuck to the sides and bottom of the cast iron skillet they served it in. And it was half the size of any other restaurants pasta portions. For 24.99 plus being baked I'm sure was an additional charge, was waaay overpriced garbage. I had first said; that it was good when she flew by after I had taken one bite. For the rest of the time I didn't touch it and just ate my wings. Those were delicious if you didn't use the dip that comes with it. I did end up saying something because my friend that I invited out had ordered chicken Parmesan and it was packed with very dense tomato sauce and watery liquid below the pasta. It was hard to find the chicken under the chunk of baked cheese. I almost don't want to return but the wings are good on Tuesday when we go for our weekly NYE deal. Please tell me this isn't just a place with bad food?

Waitress was great abd so was the service. Food was great had the steak specail was excellent.

It was good. 1 out of 4 steaks were over cooked. They steak was a little fatty. Otherwise it was pretty good.
