As a first time customer I will say this is a true "never judge a book by it's cover". When you walk in and see the restaurant from the front door, it looks like every other fastfood joint. However, once you come around the counter to the order area you'll be delighted to see a full tiny kitchen with chefs and pans and the whole kit. Everyone greeted me and every other guest as they came in. The food was fresh, tasty, well prepared, hot, delicious and a very good serving size. If you like Italian food and don't have lots of time or money then The Vapiano is the place you need to find yourself. I gave only four stars because the gluten free pasta was under cooked and the sauce on the dish ordered was runny. I don't want to say it was bad because the flavor was spot on and the other ingredients were amazing, just the two notes. Eat here, you will be full, satisfied, and wanting more

Tasty food.. a few flaws with some dishes. Undercooked, raw clumped pasta, large lumps of grizzle mixed into the meat on the pizza. Regardless of their friendly approach when it was brought to the attention of the staff they didn't seem care and they didn't take accountability.

I've been on the hunt for good pizza for quite some time, but while discovering their amazing pizza, I also discovered the best bread sticks I've ever had! I usually get bread sticks with pizza because I'm picky and usually opt for bread sticks over most pizza. To my surprise this place exceeds my standards with both! I've went back for bread sticks 3 days in a row and go back for them regularly. The staff are also always so kind and welcoming! I tell everyone about this place!

Small place, only a couple of tables but we were greeted, seated and served straight away. Very attentive staff, great service. Large menu, sounded authentic. Kid had pep pizza and loved it! Rest of us tried Caesar salad (not enough sauce), the chicken wings (not actually wings, they are tenders) - they were crispy, very yummy, the alla casa linguine - nicely done but too much sauce, carbonara-tasted good, more like cheesy Alfredo, and too much sauce, and the lasagna (had real lasagna noodles and ricotta, but once again, too much sauce). The focaccia was really delicious. They also had Mario’s gelato. P.S. “strawberry” is very different from “strawberry lemon sorbet”- I think you should list the flavour as strawberry lemon. Overall, I would try this place again, but I think the pizzas might be more of a crowd pleaser.
