This, like every Timmy’s around, can get really busy, especially the drive-thru. But service can go very quickly, which makes wait times a bit less at times. Food tastes fresh, coffee always good.

Today I went through the drive-thru, and ordered a VEGGIE cilantro lime wrap. I had parked elsewhere and took two bites which seemed fine, in the third bite I bite into a piece of chicken, now I have never eaten meat in my life and am vegetarian for many reasons, not to mention today is Diwali, such a significant celebration and they fed me chicken! The staff seemed so disinterested when I reported this to them, I even heard giggling in the back, not to mention they didn’t even want to issue a refund, I had to ask twice for a refund, before they finally chose to give me one….this is so incredibly unprofessional, and wrong in so many ways. Corporate has been contacted, this is unacceptable!
Vegetarian options: Be careful! Even if you say vegetarian…they’ll feed you meat

This was my goto place for French Vanilla before I take Deerfoot or before I go to Walmart. It was my second time that I got a bland taste of FV. It was like I was drinking some hotwater with some substance in it. I could not go back to return it since I was already on. DEERFOOT. Somebody needs to do a quality check with the machines. Other Tim Hortons are far better than this one.

I would give 6 stars if I could. They are always very efficient with their service and the staff there are the best, even getting the occasional joke or smiley face on my coffee. Love tims!
I work early morning so buy coffee almost every day from here but recently they have been serving old coffee. Even when I ask the staff if the coffee is fresh they still do the same. Just tell me in the drive thru you don’t fresh coffee so I don’t waste my time and money here.

A busy Tim Hortons at lunch hour with school kids filling up the place and yet the staff were most efficient in serving and taking care of customers! As well attending to anyone with any issues as we witnessed them assisting a youth having some issues with police being called!

Terrible service from the lady at the cash register today, September 5th at 8:25pm. I felt humiliated because my second language is English... an intolerant and disrespectful way. If you don't like serving customers, why are you working there? I hope that when you go to Mexico to a beach they treat you like you did with me.!!
