Cashier was great and polite. As I was writing the review I have my coffee on top of the table and garbage guy throws dirty plastic beside my food where I have it set. Also sets the garbage wrapped in black plastic on top of my foot! Parking is also bad designers should not make drive thru same way as parking. Sucky!

Not the best experience. I came from the bathroom to place my order. I stood at the counter for about a minute with no one passing by or noticing me. One employee came from the back with several sleeves of cups in their hands to refill them. They did not look at me as I was not on their radar. I waited another 30 seconds and still no one. I said, “hello, excuse me.” The person who did the cup refill said, “I’ll be right there!” with a small bit of attitude. When they came to take my order, I was friendly and thought to offer some customer service advice. I said, “I wasn’t sure if I was seen and if you knew I was there. Just a simple, I’ll be right there.” would’ve been fine. In essence, the response I received was that they were not at the register. FYI … that’s the wrong response. Don’t deflect, just own it and don’t be defensive. When my order came, it was given without them looking at me or saying a word. I smiled and said “Thank You!”
This wasn’t a major issue and it won’t affect my future visits to Tim’s, but maybe a little reorientation about customer service for the staff. Customers aren’t interruptions for doing work in the restaurant.

This, like every Timmy’s around, can get really busy, especially the drive-thru. But service can go very quickly, which makes wait times a bit less at times. Food tastes fresh, coffee always good.

Today I went through the drive-thru, and ordered a VEGGIE cilantro lime wrap. I had parked elsewhere and took two bites which seemed fine, in the third bite I bite into a piece of chicken, now I have never eaten meat in my life and am vegetarian for many reasons, not to mention today is Diwali, such a significant celebration and they fed me chicken! The staff seemed so disinterested when I reported this to them, I even heard giggling in the back, not to mention they didn’t even want to issue a refund, I had to ask twice for a refund, before they finally chose to give me one….this is so incredibly unprofessional, and wrong in so many ways. Corporate has been contacted, this is unacceptable!
Vegetarian options: Be careful! Even if you say vegetarian…they’ll feed you meat

This was my goto place for French Vanilla before I take Deerfoot or before I go to Walmart. It was my second time that I got a bland taste of FV. It was like I was drinking some hotwater with some substance in it. I could not go back to return it since I was already on. DEERFOOT. Somebody needs to do a quality check with the machines. Other Tim Hortons are far better than this one.

I would give 6 stars if I could. They are always very efficient with their service and the staff there are the best, even getting the occasional joke or smiley face on my coffee. Love tims!
