Never coming back to this Tim Horton's ever again. Especially not the drive thru. One time, they messed up my order, and proceeded to complain about me messing up their "times". With their window still wide open. Then the next time (and the last), we were waiting in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes (there was only one car ahead of me), before even placing my order (which was a hassle and a half.) didn't even start to order before he was asking if I wanted a smile cookie (ok no big deal) and tried to shoo me out of the drive thru, before I got the chance to order what I had came to tim Horton's for. Proceeded to wait for 15 minutes (timed it... And reminder... Only one car ahead of me), before getting to the window, and despite waiting forever, still had to wait for my order, which is ridiculous. Several bad experiences with this tim Horton's drive thru. Will never be returning.

Drive thru service is terrible. The server at the window is a Zombie. No smile, no hello, or even a thank you. Couldn't be bothered to interact with the customer. No respect. I will think of going elsewhere next time.

My friend always buy coffee at Timmy’s and check the “roll up to win”. He has won coffee and doughnuts but then we all looked at his email and saw “ you have won a Tracker boat, trailer and motor”. The excitement in the room was indescribable. We laughed, cheered and made plans. Today was his birthday and he was so happy and excitedWhen he looked into it, it wasn’t true. They said it was a mistake. I say B…S.., It is a deceitful preplanned attempt by Tim Hortons to bribe you to the restaurant. They should be forced to honour the win. We all made a pact to never go to a Tims restaurant again

Maybe shut the drive thru window before complaining about customers...? Or EVEN BETTER listen to your customer's order instead of ignoring them and pressing the first button you see on your screen!Context:Went to this Timmies around 10.30 (aka too early for lunch things) and ordered 2 drinks and 2 Sausage Bagel Belts (each with diff bagel types tho).I told Oliver? (A tall, skinny, white boy) in the drive thru a total of 6 times that I wanted a sausage Belt. Did he listen? Nope! Because when I got to the window I was handed two Bagel BLT lunch sandwiches with bacon.I explained this to a dark skinned lady (Glasses and dark hair tied back) to which she yanked the wrong order out of my hands and walks away, loudly complaining that I am messing up her "times," and that I changed my mind "just now."After a few minutes she shoves the correct order back out the window at me and spins around to stalk off. I checked the order before pulling away, because honestly lady, I don't care about "your times" and I would appreciate it if this morning's staff would take more care to listen to their customers, repeat orders back to said customers, and if you're going to bash customers, please do so once I've left or at least once your drive thru window is closed.To my fellow Timmies goers, please listen to what is said about you behind the counter, and if you are sensitive to trash talking, you may want to avoid this branch of the Timmies restaurant.
The manager RIcky is incredibly efficient and excellent at managing staff. Highly personable and pleasant to interact with.

This review is regarding our recent experience at this Tim Hortons , just 5 minutes ago at drive through window. Her name was Sandra and she said she is the supervisor and she don’t care if we make a complaint. She was extremely rude. We ordered 3 drinks with one empty small cup. We asked for the lid for the empty cup and she screamed what size you want, answer is quite obvious if you are giving us medium cup , give us medicine lid. We ignored and we said medium please and then she yelled lid doesn’t come with the cup, even if we paid for the extra cup! Then we asked her name and she said my name is Sandra and I’m the supervisor here and I don’t care. She started making weird face and hand gestures. We do not expect this kind to experience from Tim Hortons employees.
