Busy time of day and not a soul in sight to serve you because they’re too focused on drive through. What happened to the nostalgic ways of walking into a coffee shop and ordering… took 26 minutes to get me food and coffee…. 26 minutes?!?! Not acceptable. Wasted $40 for myself and fam and so much of my time. Very disappointing service for such a big chain coffee shop.
