This Time Hortons is filthy. I suggest a week shutdown just to clean. Bathrooms were unsanitary. The main eating area looked like it hadn’t bee ln cleaned in days. In addition my BLT was 90% bread. I had five bites before I had a taste of the BLT.

I don’t enjoy calling people out, but the service here needs some work. The staff is always chatting it up and getting orders wrong. You have to repeat yourself at the drive thru, and they will still get the order wrong. It’s not a one time thing either, it’s recurring. Hopefully that can be worked on

Somehow they screwed up big time with my order this morning...usually no offense but Latino ladies more organized and rarely makes mistakes... this morning a black teenager served Me . Paid more told her I ask for small cafe.. she didn't do anything.. lack of time. Left check in my order.. yep nothing I ask was in that bag... paid more ... not satisfied

Came in Feb 11 around 11am, horrible service, didn't event get my food right, I tried to correct my order but the cashier was so rude, telling me I ordered wrong when I double checked with the cashier. Will not be coming back, and telling my friends and family to stay away, totally not acceptable.

I went here yesterday morning as I was traveling through. I went through the drive-through, and the lady was very rude to me. When I went to pay and get my order, it wasn't what I ordered. The drive-through lady got vary snappy with me when I told her it wasn't what I ordered. She rudely rolled her eyes and stormed off once I got the correct order. No one with that kind of attitude and short attention span should even have a job dealing with food or customers.
