Great if you're just stopping for a drink. Anything else, not worth it. After receiving cold food a few times that was supposed to be served warm, I asked if I could please have my food warm today as it hasn't been the last few visits. Received cold food again, and asked if I could please have it warmed. Manager immediately became angry and wanted to give me my money back. If asking for properly heated food is such an issue to cause hostility ,then maybe AHS should visit. By the looks of the other recent reviews, I'm not alone in this experience.

Would have to say that was the worst drive thru service I’ve probably had.Reading from the other reviews, it seems to be an issue here.The young lady at the window decided to argue with me on whether or not I ordered the wedges… who cares.. Just sell me the wedges and get over yourself. I wasn’t asking for free wedges, I had my card out and just simply asked to charge me as a meal as I had ordered. Instead she decided to argue that I never ordered them… so much so that she repeated herself three times saying I didn’t order them. Got so ridiculous with her attitude I decided to just leave without the wedges. Not worth my time.But it’s worth leaving a review so others can know… go to the south Timmie’s. This place doesn’t care about customer service.

Bought a cinnamon bagel here today, at 7:45 am. Expected to have a fresh bagel but got dry, clearly yesterday-made one. Spoiled a breakfast experience for me.

Man I ordered simple 2 cilantro wraps , and potatoe wedges, the wraps rice was cold and uncooked very hard and the grilled chicken was tasting like rubber . This is not the first time this has happened but more than 10 100% and the service was very awful at drive thru.

For once im leaving a review, im not happy with this service. Customer service should be top notch, look at your damn customers in the eyes, smile, show some damn appreciation. each time i came in you guys and gals be looking at the damn floor. Am i that ugly or something, treat me like a nobody? I wont ever return and ill tell everyone not to visit yout location. You am i to speak though eh? The newer employees are not very pleasant... tonights girl had so much attitude and I'm their daily and usually am greeted with a friendly face. If you hate your job so much maybe don't work there! ?
