Drive thru was extremely slow only helping one lane mostly not back and forth. No straw given with frozen drink, shorted me one timbit and did not mix my iced chai latte. When I commented on how the drinks weren’t mix he just turned to the team and said make sure you stir the drinks. Pretty disappointed seeing as prices have gone up so much maybe service should try to go up too.

Been going to this location for a while. I'm always happy to stop by for a morning pick me up. The staff are great and put in a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly. Even if the drive-thru speakers are TERRIBLE, and some of the customers should be put on a terrorist watch list, the staff still manage to work around it.

This specific store staff is ignorant. Always waiting 5-10 mins just with 1 customer inside the store. Last time I had to call them to order it.

The drive through speakers have been broken for a year now, always have to repeat my order and I can barely understand them.

Food and drinks are hit-or-miss most days but got a 50 pack of timbits today and they shorted me 11!

I visited this Tim Hortons recently, and while it wasn’t busy at the time, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The tables and floors had leftover food on them, even though no one was sitting there. Maybe it just hadn't been cleaned yet, but it definitely didn’t give off the neat and tidy vibe I expect from a restaurant. On the positive side, since there weren't many customers, my order was made quickly, so I appreciated that. However, I think they could improve on the overall cleanliness to make the experience more enjoyable.
