Ridiculously small portion and bad quality. If you’re driving, may as well go to the Tim’s by Canadian tire. Way better food and drink as well as atmosphere.

Today I came to this Tim Hortons, First they forgot my order, after waiting a long time for the order they gave me the wrong order, then they told me they would make the order and I had to wait another 30 minutes. And then they gave me the order again but it was incomplete. Oh my God. They really played with my patience

My wife left her phone there. Called them and explained where we were sitting and was told no phone on any of the window ledges. Daughter went to look and guess what, there it was. Don't know if the girl even looked. Not the most friendly place to begin with. Will use another location from now on.

Terrible speed of service and the entire focus is in drive through. I got in line in the store and there were 2 people ahead and it took close to 15 minutes to get to the cash register. That too i had to call them asking what is going on. Unacceptable.

Just picked up an order. Asked for a ham and cheddar croissant with no sauce. They gave me a ham and cheddar bun loaded with sauce. Bun was burnt. And a plain croissant. I also ordered a blt which was fine. A car was at the next kiosk next to me after I sat waiting for a response. So the other party was served first. Not happy.
I go here every morning and get stellar service!! What is up with the afternoon staff??

The service is terrible it takes forever to get to order , staff is unfriendly and they are always out of pastries, muffins etc… and if they have it available it’s not fresh

Can't believe they were out of chili at 4:00! So we bought a flatbread instead. Hubby says, remind me to never order that again.. yuck

I have been asking for 3 months to get the womans washroom door cleaned. There has been filth ( Stuck on donut pieces, dirt, etc.) for a long time, and the walls inside are just as bad. I have even asked the owner to get someone to clean it. Nothing has been done. Although the place is kept tidy for the most part, it is very dirty everywhere you look. For a place that deals in food service, this is unacceptable.

This Tim hortons is closest to my home and I go to this location early morning like 3.45ish before my work. The staff is so lazy and so slow ( slow means slowest). It takes them atleast 5-7 minutes to make one cup of coffee. It’s drive thru, so shouldn’t take that long but it’s been constantly like this. Most of the time I get late cz of the staff being so slow.
Once they took my money first and their latte machine broke and they started saying we can give you something else, wouldn’t refund me and that day took 10 mins to give me a different coffee. I think you guys need better staff or better management at dealing with this. It’s high time now, I have been noticing since a month now.

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The Boston cream donut I received had most of its chocolate topping stuck to the paper bag, making it messy and completely unappetizing. This ruined the entire experience of enjoying the donut. It’s frustrating that the packaging isn’t suitable for such items—something as simple as a box instead of a paper bag would have made a huge difference. It’s just common sense to ensure customers can enjoy their food, not end up disappointed like this. I expected better.

So far the worst location in Airdrie. For last two times I ordered bagel toasted with butter and they put butter only on one side. Don't know what kind of management run this place is but they are useless!! Not coming back!! 👎👎👎

During my visit to the Tim Hortons Midtown drive-thru, I experienced significant delays, making it feel more like a "park-thru" rather than a functioning drive-thru. After waiting for an extended period, I encountered a staff member, Alyssa, at the window who was rude and unhelpful.

The drive-thru line was excessively long, and it appeared that vehicles were not being processed efficiently.
When I reached the window, Alyssa's demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive, which added to my frustration.

I believe this behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and should be addressed by management to ensure better customer service in the future.
