I always love to stop by Market Place Tims location for our favorite Farmer's Breakfast Wrap & fav original blend coffee :) at this location. The Team Lead Manager Ms. Tina & her teammates always serve with a pleasant smile & within minutes our order is served. Tina has a great friendly attitude and has a pleasant smile & serve with highly professional and efficient manner. She is a great asset to Tims and her teammates ! *URGENT UPDATE*
If what I was told about this location is true from a current employee from this location.. im not surprised but shocked...
This current employee told me that management demands employees to write fake reviews or to get friends and family to post fake 5 star reviews.. not only for every bad review posted.. but also insist that they post great reviews about the managers..
This is not surprising as every time a bad review is posted like mine they are quick to respond and act concerned.. and shortly after you see 5 star post..
This employee said its only so it appears to people reading the reviews that they care.. and that they have amazing management..
The employee also reported they.. post fake reviews in fear of cut hrs.. or to be taken of the job completely if they don't..
They would rather get employee's to write fake reviews.. then deal with problems..
We should not be supporting companies like this..

This location has bad hygiene practices.. and service with additude
Walked in to get 1 donut.. had to wait 8 minutes or so before someone noticed me at the counter.. no others in line or in drive through at the time.. as it was later in the evening..
When I did order, the girl (Rav) looked like she didn't want to be there.. very unfriendly with additude.. and this was before having to correct my order multiple times on the donut, I wanted to order
She rolled her eyes before handing it to me..
When I got back to my car and pulled out the donut.. she had not given me the donut I ordered.. this was an order of 1 donut.. so frustrating..
I went back and pulled out the donut to show her the donut was not what I ordered.. she told me in a rude tone she confirmed with me multiple times the kind of donut I wanted.. And I replied I also corrected you multiple times.. very rude and unprofessional
She then pulled out the donut I had returned and placed it back for sale.. the people working here really dont care about the customers, and it shows..
The sad part was the manager on shift was also there standing beside her.. and saw her put the donut back for sale.. like it happens all the time.. he said nothing..

Food is typical Tims but with a limited menu. Counter person was efficient and friendly. One staff only making breakfast food and she was Super super slow even though we were the only ppl ordering july 7th am. . she was tearing lettuce while we waited and we thought the order was maybe being made in the back by someone else. Nope. She said she didn't see the order and she slowly made our one wrap. No apology. Maybe needs further training.
