Staff need to prioritize when someone asks for a dairy alternative it’s because of a severe allergy. Everytime I’ve ordered almond milk in my coffee they give me a regular and I’ve been in pain for days after only having a sip. Not okay. 0/10 review.

I'm finished with tims. Not only do they keep screwing up the roll up contests I've been only a handful of times to this location and order 1 milk 2 sugar. Confirmed by intercom and person at the window and coffee has never once been right and usually black. I hope the whole franchise bites it.

Every time u order a cappuccino it’s flat or either not hot or no extra espresso that I ask for their latte machine is broken and I gave them enough chances the staff there knows!! Never going back there!! Also the lady out there tells me you can go to the other tim Hortons by Walmart!! lol I told here that’s what u am doin from the past 10 days and thought I’d give another chance to this location but guess what same thing.. this time I asked for a refund. Never going back there!

I have ordered large Ice cup drive thru on January 31st and Feb 1st , but the price was annoyingly up by by 70 cents with in 24 hrs. I have paid $3.77 on Jan 31st and $4.40 the next day Feb 1st. Do you charge by seeing the person? So annoying and

I can see why this place has such a low score. Messed up my order a few time but today I ordered a simple sausage and received an egg sandwich. No quality control and seems like they just don’t care.

They made icecap with very little whip cream. Ordered cappuccino by mistake instead of ice cap . Everyone is screaming in their own (which is not English) ice cap . 1 person told 3 time that order ice next time , then another one came said same thing. I was willing to pay the difference they made the drinks really bad .

Employee shortage, always behind. 1st time, Ordered through app. Arrived later than pick up, order slip was face down at cash not prepared. 2nd time, Just waited 25min in drive through to get to window. There were cars in front of us. Shut car off waited so long. We got to the window. My new born is crying and they haven't even started making the food. Then said yea and smiled, when I told them it took to long. ANOTHER Tim Hortons fail.
