We came here one night after work for a quick dinner and drinks. The server was very busy but he was able to provide us with good service. The food was okay, the best was the chicken wings we ordered. That was delicious.The food was good for a pub, nothing too special.

One star, due to absolutely zero service. Went there with my daughter for a charity event. We were seated in a reserved section. We were offered a drink when we first arrived. After this, over an hour went by without being asked for food or even another drink. Other families that were there before us and ones that came after were served drinks and food. Waitress looked right at us and had to walk by multiple times to serve the other customers seated at the end of our table. We walked out. Will not return.

You are lost if you are not used to the place.But don’t get me wrong that place is still awesome and I definitely recommend it.

Awesome place and a new staple for my hubby and I since moving to the area. Wednesday wing nights are a great deal! Service is always amazing! Kat has been our usual server the past few times and is so friendly, sweet and totally on the ball. Awesome, tasty pub food. I've yet to try a menu item I didn't like.

Place has gone downhill fast.Service is terrible. Ordered a shepherds pie, was half the size it normally is, came out cold, they offered to put it in the microwave. I said I was fine with not eating it. they wouldn't take it off the bill and just discounted the Shepard's pie by 50%. Pretty disappointing. It used to be a good place to go.

Always loved this place then we had a really bad experience with service. We reached out and they wanted to make it right again so we came back. We had a very nice date night. Cozy atmosphere as always and great service. The food was really delicious as always. I had the fish and chips and my husband had a burger. Were really loved the gravy It was so addicting. Thank you for inviting us back to make it right you really did make it right! The staff was lovely and I have always enjoyed your food! We will be back. Thank you so much!

Had such an amazing evening last night at the Airdrie location. Our server was excellent, the food was amazing and it was fun watching the game on all the TVs. Really enjoyed my burger and the pig wings were so good !! The server made a wonderful recommendation for my beer which matched my meal perfectly.Great date night and wonderful experience !!

Stopped in for dinner after an appointment. Had beer and the daily special (pork wings aka ribs). They were so good. The atmosphere is great along with the service. I accidentally knocked over a full glass of water and felt like an idiot, but our server was so sweet and didn't make a fuss.
Awful service! Cold food! Appetizers arrived after meal, even though ordered them 30 minutes prior to meal! Never again! Waitress just useless! Two guys brought our food! She never even came back to see if we needed another drink!!! Would give zero star if was possible!

We wanted to try this place so took our family out with the baby. Instead of giving us a booth or bigger table we were sat in the side table with no where to sit the baby. The food was really good but the service was very poor. The sever didn’t know what the specials or soup of the day was. Then spilled drinks on us twice. The food didn’t come all together for us. Didn’t offer refills on the drinks or offered desert. We were told it was still happy hour but were charged full price for everything. Other than food being great experience was very poor.

Atmosphere was quite alive, whilst not many patrons for a Friday night, the selection of draught was admirable and the vast menu was quite pleasant. Prices did seem a little high for the style of pub that it is, but they made up for that with attentive staff, music to fit the age of the crowd, and an inviting space that was a joy to spend a few hours at. Would recommend and partake again, but would be hard pressed to be a “local watering hole” due to nature of the prices

The server from my first visit may have just had a bad day.Good food, poor service.Forgotten orders twice, waited way to long to order, and to pay, had to ask twice for water. Server doesn't seem to care much.Won't be returning or recommending. Written while waiting for our bill - almost 30 min and not a word spoken to us.
