rude and disrespectful service

This place has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been here 3 times and each time the staff are beyond rude - actually they’re down right mean. I understand one bad day but every time I’ve been there? Wendy would be so disappointed. :(

I've been coming to this Wendy's location for years, but the quality has really gone downhill in the last six months. I ordered wraps this time, and as you can see from the pictures, they weren’t even wrapped properly – just carelessly thrown together with the food falling out. A few weeks ago, I tried their chicken wrap and got wilted, brown lettuce and wrapped similarly. This location used to be my favorite in Airdrie, but the standards have seriously declined. I’m disappointed, and I think the pictures speak for themselves.

Last time I came here manager and workers were rude after they made my food wrong and asked them to remake it they sat there talking in Punjabi while glaring at me decided to give it another chance this time and the manager again was rude when she gave me the wrong order sat there glaring at me and refused to service me after do not go here

The food is always hot when ordered. I normally stop in while driving back to Edmonton. Parking isn’t great but I like the many options for drinks. Service has been hit or miss sometimes but never bad, just nothing special.
We stopped for take out, while driving back from Calgary. This is the first time I’ve visited this location. I hope they were just having an off night, because the food was terrible.
We ordered 2 baked potatoes with cheese sauce and bacon; an apple and pecan salad with NO cheese; and a small frosty.
Neither of the potatoes were cooked through; they were still firm inside. We put the potatoes in the microwave to cook them. There was only a tiny bit of cheese sauce and 2 small pieces of bacon. If someone orders a baked potato with topping, they want enough topping for the whole potato. The potatoes were terrible!
The salad (ordered WITHOUT cheese), had cheddar cheese on it. Normally, the apple peacan salad has blue cheese, so I don’t understand why they gave us a salad with cheddar. It was for someone with a dairy sensitivity, so the lady that ordered it, couldn’t eat it. I ate the salad, because my potato wasn’t edible. The chicken was dried out, like jerky.
The frosty came in a small plastic cup with a lid, on it and was only half full.
I hope this was just a bad night for Wendy’s, because nothing was worth eating.

It's barely tolerable. The drinks are from a machine that is bearly working. The place is falling apart and looks like a dump. You can tell the staff hate their jobs and just don't care about their guests. Maybe corporate need to send someone by to see what is going on at this location...shame on everyone there and shame on Wendy's corporate office for not maintaining a close watch on dumps like this one.
