I go here often out of necessity and proximity to where I live and in the times I’ve been here I can honestly say I have never had a hot meal at this location. They also consistently forget to put ketchup in the bag when I ask for it and conflation seems to be prevalent here.

After a long hockey game I was looking forward to having a good time with my teammates at the local Wendy’s establishment. When I arrived it came to my attention that the dining area was closed, unbelievable. My team will now boycott this Wendy’s location for the inconvenience. Absolutely heartbreaking.

However, my experience quickly deteriorated upon attempting to find a suitable place to sit. The first table I approached was visibly unclean, marred by greasy fingerprints and scattered food crumbs. Assuming it was an isolated issue, I checked other tables, only to find similar conditions—food splatter, crumbs, and smudges throughout the dining area. After some effort, I located a relatively clean spot, but the overall state of the restaurant was disheartening. The establishment was not busy, suggesting this neglect likely stemmed from inadequate cleaning by the previous day’s closing staff. This raises serious concerns about the standards maintained in unseen areas, such as the kitchen. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness reflects poorly on the restaurant’s management and operations. While the food and service were satisfactory, the unhygienic dining environment significantly detracted from the experience, making it highly unlikely that I will return. A restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness is fundamental, and this location fell short of even basic expectations.
