I came here specifically for the fish and chips, but unfortunately it missed the mark. Not sure if it was the batter or if it was overcooked, but the fish was subpar—definitely not light and flaky. Overall, nothing really stood out and everything felt pretty average. I wouldn’t recommend the fish and chips based on my experience.
Wonderful small town gem of a place... The absolute best burger I have had in a very long time! Portions are generous and a welcoming environment.
I have found the smaller independent places (mom & pop) always by far are the best, Sally's fits the bill. Most definitely worth a side trip to try out.

Waitress was pretty good except for when she took cigarette breaks the smell came right through the front door and through the restaurant, we waited for over an hour for our order. They said because it was Friday but we ordered only a couple minutes after the table beside us, we also ordered the same meals. Steak.
