I recently placed an order over the phone for a steak, sweet potato fries, and a green salad. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The steak, which I requested medium rare, was overcooked, rubbery, and slightly burnt on the outside. The fries were not fresh and were heavily salted or overseasoned. In addition, the green salad I ordered was not included in my meal, and I only discovered this when I arrived at work.
When I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing salad, I was told it was not heard during the order process. I found this response disappointing. The service I received over the phone did not feel customer-friendly, and overall, the quality of the food did not reflect the value paid.
This was unfortunately a poor experience, and I was only able to eat half of the steak due to its tough texture. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively, as attention to order accuracy, food quality, and customer service is essential.

Positive side of the equation nice pub elk burger/ wings and a cold budweiser beer 🍺 at the end of a days work. Negative side of the equation painfully over priced no side choices with the elk burger that's another extra charge. My 2 coworkers have the same opinion

I would not recommend this place at all, I went there with friends, the waiter was unnecessarily rude to my only ethnic friend for asking if they have milk in a doug, the tables were dusty as hell, and they have an exquisite selection of spiders on the patio, to the point that they build homes every where…. after waiting, the food comes, I found not only one but 2 hairs in a single plate, something I have never heard or seen before, anyway, I go back to tell them, and switch my order, the same rude server was rude again, and tried to gaslight me and said it’s cheese! so unless mozzarella turned black… I dunno what to say. Anyway, have no expectations going there, dunno if I’d ever do it again! 🤷

Had a great experience staying in a room above the bar. Wasn't crazy loud and easy to sleep at night. The staff and owners are amazing!! They go above and beyond for their clients and customers. Averaged 40-60 a night at the bar when I went. Recommend the specials as they're the best deal. depending on drinks mainly but very reasonable and couldn't go to better people. Thank you so much for the hospitality and great bar food. Get the Elk burger if they have it. It will change your life for the better. The appy platter can feed what they suggest. The steak is damn good too.

It was great Northern pricing but food atmosphere and service was awesome
We came here not having many expectations but we were blown away by what we experienced. It's a very nicely renovated building with an awesome atmosphere. When it comes to the menu that was also impressive. Everything from suicide wings to pizza to Elk burgers to salads! They've got something for everyone, even a kids menu.
We came here twice. The second time we attempted the 5 pound burger challenge (none of us managed to complete it) which was fun. Though if you want to try the same you have to give them a call in advance so they have time to prep it.
The staff is also very nice and helpful.
100/10 recommend.

Great for a cheeky meal on the way home from a day at the lake or at work. Food is a bit expensive but if you go for the daily deals you won't have an issue. Staff is super friendly and it's always a great atmosphere.
