We walked in and waited at the front for several minutes. One lady came by and told us we had to wait for the greeter. We waited for a few more minutes…this other woman came swooping in acting like they were run off their feet (there were 3 tables) and says that she has to look for the “greeter” to clean tables. This young man comes around the corner and I assume it was the “greeter” but he doesn’t greet us. He turns around and disappears again - I see him wiping down a table. He comes back and says “follow me” and then seats us at soaking wet table and wet bench. We sit for 15 mins and not a single person stopped by our table…at least 4 people walked by us several times. They were too occupied sweeping the floor. Our table just ended up getting up and leaving. Terrible service!

Our server Jordynne was amazing. Very quick to bring drink refills and removing empty dishes. She is extremely polite and very friendly. The cook forgot to put the sauce on my ribs but Jordynne was quick to resolve the issue.

After our long trip my family decided to grab dinner at Boston pizza, we were worn out and tired, probably a little hangry too; but our server Taylor brought our spirits back up! She was on top of everything, making sure that our drinks were always full, and that our stomachs were too! She was super kind and patient with us, it was a great experience thanks to her.

Was ignored by our server, guess cause we weren’t regulars as they were clearly favoured. Waited almost 30 mins for our bill, while she chatted with the other patrons. The food was good but that’s the only positive, barely had our drinks refilled.
I ate some food here and it made me feel soooooo big and thick, but I ate the food here and it made me feel sooooooo gooood mmmm get the pizza in my tummy please please please oh god yes

Waitress took drink order then hastely took off even though was ready with food order 2. Travelling with 2 young kids it’s important to be efficient.
Kids drink came fast. My drink took forever and really was not worth the price.
Finally took food order Got 2 kids pastas (no sauce) asked for butter and Parmesan shaker on the side And fish tacos (no cilantro)
Food comes. Fish tacos covered in cilantro. At this point not going to send back it’s been forever so picked off. Kids pasta has no butter. No parmesan. So asked for Parmesan. Never comes. Ask 2 more people. Never come waitress finally comes so I ask her again. She finally brings. Asks if I want another drink i say no. She asks if I want water. I say yes please. It never comes. We are hardly checked on. Stacked our own plates waiting for her to come back and clear and get our bill. Another waitress finally noticed us and grabbed plates.
Our waitress finally returns. Asks if we are waiting in deserts. I said no as you Jenny even asked what the kids want. We take the cookies as it will be the quickest out of this disaster. She brings bill. I hate when im hovered over while paying. The small tip I gave was too much but awkward when being watched while paying.
