I visited this establishment on December31st of 2024 and it was one of my worst dining experiences ever! The order was wrong, the wait time for food was long and then we sat for 30 minutes waiting for the check! Finally my wife had to chase down a manager so we could pay our bill. Today I thought we would give it another try!. The restaurant was nearly empty. We were promptly seated and then proceeeded to wait over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledged our presence. Once again my wife had to go look for a manager. This time to even place an order for water at our table!! When the server showed up making excuses I had had enough and walked out! Worst service I have ever experienced. Regardless to say I will never darken their door again!!

Staff and food were all great, but they can definitely use more training on handling large groups, especially when we pre ordered weeks in advance. 90 mins before food came out so it was way too slow and late for dinner.

Kid-friendliness: The kid across from us was super happy with his crayons and paper, the boster seat had him just at the right hight for his table.
